“ I liked everything. Prices are effordable if you book it earlier. Hotel is a real 4* hotel contrary to the other hotels in Brussels. It is very close to the Central Train Station and Grand Place. I can definitely recommend this hotel. ”

L'Exe Sablon està situat en una zona tranquil·la de Brussel·les, a una mica més de 5 minuts a peu de la Grand Place i de l'estàtua del Manneken Pis. Almost everything ... I was complaining about the a/c for 6 days that it wasn't working and after they fixed it, it had a faluire again !!! Thanks God there was a fan in the room ...

Very cordial and attentive staff. Room was well attended too. Room temperature was too hot. Not enough pressure in the shower head.

Breakfast was small but very good. I also liked the room which was big, well lighted, and perfectly furnished. The desk proved particularly useful. The hotel is also quite close to the Central Station. The internet connection could have been better. I also wish there was better ventilation in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Convenient location near Central Station but not so near as to be noisy. The desk staff were great. The lady in the evening helpfully recommended a local restaurant which turned out to be excellent value for money. After leaving I phoned to say that I had forgotten to pay my minibar tab. The lady on the desk just said "no problem" and took it off my credit card without any fuss. Spiral staircase to the bedroom was inconvenient. It should be indicated when booking. Normally this sort of thing doesn't bother me but, by chance, I had strained a shin muscle just before coming the trip. I imagine that some travellers would find it impossible.

I really liked the location and the staff was very polite. Good value for money As couple we asked for a double bed and not 2 single beds pushed together but it seems that there were no double beds in the hotel

Great location, clean, good staff, comfortable bed poor hotel bar. we would most likely not have used it anyway as the location is very close to plenty of bars.

Position Not actually a 4stars rating. To be completely renovated, staff at check in quite rude. we clearly asked for a large double bed but we did have two single attached, uncomfortable and smelly. Never come back again

Location is close to city center but does not have the noise of other hotels near center/train station and main hang-out areas. Staff was freindly and helpful. Beds were a bit soft. Mini bar fridge did not work, but we opened a window and kept our beer cool there.

Quite easy location. Nice staff. The price is high regarding the quality you receive. Nice pillows, big room. Very small hotel. I went for business so i did not mind but probably is something you would like to consider.

The staff is very nice. Overpriced, like most Brussels hotels. For Italian travellers: they don't have a converter from Italian to Belgian plugs. You can't recharge your P.C.

The location and decor. This was our second stay at this hotel within a year. Maybe we got lucky and had rooms at the top for less the price we paid for this trip... Bathroom Shower Paintwork in room 102 need upsdating Need to get a coffee, day or night or even a coffee from breakfast rather than having whole breakfast.

The room was confortable and clean (we've got a suite, as we were the late birds to arrive). It is walking distance to the Grande Place. Nice and friendly staff. Our room had two floors and an akward system of light, meaning that it was not possible to leave lights on in a single floor of the apartment. Breakfast was ok, but probably is worthy (price and quality) to go out and have something on the many boulangeires/brasseries around the city center. Wifi was available, but going on-off
