Excellent location in a central, safe, friendly and intersting neighborhood. Although some staff members were more competent than others, the service provided was professional and generally very good.

The gym is not very good and is in need of more modern and functional equipment (new treadmill etc).

Breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss. They keep running out of food to the point of people having to knock on kitchen door for the food to be brought out. What became apparent was that only one person ( lady) was working both in the breakfast room and kitchen. Even though they had the list of people having breakfast the night before. The bed was not great as it is two single beds put together. You and your partner might find yourselves going through the middle of it on to the floor should you decide to take it through its paces Other than that everything else was peachy.

It is a wonderful location, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it is convenient for me to get the bus to my work place.

The rooms are very nice, but I wish there was more light - I felt like the room was a little dark.

I took a double room for single use on Saturday. Everything is perfect for the price, including free wireless connection. The receptionist offers good and cozy atmosphere and treat me well enough. Nothing to complain for me and it's a good choice as long as the price of the date is reasonable.

It has a nice location, it quiet, the problem in it, is that the toilet is one side of the roon and the shawar is the other side of thevroom. Also the stuff do not help the guest to take the luggage to the room, 4 star hotels must do that. This hotel actually dedirve only 2 stars, if it is in the middle east.v

Location is great. The bed is wide enough, as I like it to be. Quiet street, no noise. Clean bedsheets and bathroom. Rather friendly personnel.

- No shampoo, only bathing gel - terrible old hair dryer from stone age time - bath and toilet are apart - painting of the walls does already need renovation - no iron in the room

The hotel was nice. Front desk staff friendy and helpful. The address for the hotel is different than the street it was on, so do a google search to find the correct street. The hotel is away from the main Sablon square, so sleeping was peaceful. But over all ok accomidation for the price.

The breakfast we so-so not worth the 10 euro per person. I would suggest waking into town a grabing a coffee and pastry. The one morning we did eat in, the lady working the breakfast was very rude. We arrived 10min til 10, (as stated in the information in the room breakfast runs til 10:30) She exclaimed in french that breakfast was ending and was very displease as we continued to fill our plates and eat. After siting down, she begin to clean up the breakfast, and mumble things under her breath. Another guy came in about 10:10 and the whole seen started over. We told her breakfast went til 10:30 and she told us again we were wrong. I believe the lady need to be taken down a notch. Again save you money and enjoy breakfast out.
