Nice location in very nice area (antiques shops, galleries, choclate shops); friendly hotel staff, free newspaper (iht), free wlan; nice and warm illuminations in all areas of the hotel (corridors, rooms etc.) The rooms on the 4th floor are definitely not 4 stars and therefore much too expensive: heating was possibly only through a very noisy over- dimensioned aircondition system; run-down bath-room; a second room in the 1st floor was nicer and more modern, but quite some noise from the street (although it is only a side-street) |

incredibly good service, people were smiling all the time, very very polite and kind. location is just perfect - sablon is the best and most aristocratic part of brussels, in my view. very safe as well. hotel room - clean, nice, quiet. Overall the service and the location make this a hotel to return to. - the bathroom sink was a bit clogged which is not acceptable in a 4star hotel. anyway, minor issue.; secondly, the reception does not accept banknotes of 500 euros so i had to go to a bank to change it for smaller notes. |

The rooms are really nice After checking in for two different rooms at 22.00 with another colleague of mine, we were both woken up by the recption who had forgotten to note which room exactly had been given to each of us. Second organisational issue: we stayed one night, checked out in the morning and were called back a few hours later saying that we had not checked out!! |

Location is perfect, and they offered a great price. The street is under construction just now... I can live with it. Price was super, but they do not seem to be offering it going forward. A shame, I am often in Brussels. |

Very good location, some steps to the cosy Place du Sablon and 10m walking to Central Station and Grand Place. Friendly staff; very clean and confortable room, menu of pillows. Standard room small for a 4 stars hotel. Big works on the hotel's street, stopped during the weekend (so, no noise), but if you like your shoes bright and clean :-) you may need a you may need a brush to clean them everytime you go come in or go out. |
