Perfect location!!!! Very nice and modern rooms!
Parking difficult, public carpark a bit far but a minor problem
Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, very good breakfast. There was late night music in the bar Friday and Saturday nights, but once that was finished the hotel was very quiet. The bar has a unique style of food it serves. Described as a Gin and Tin menu, everything on the menu comes from a tin, which are displayed in a cabinet at the end of the bar. As a snack to soak up the beer its a brilliant idea, for travel weary guests it meant we had to search elsewhere for something more substantial.
Nice position if you want enjoying Bruxelles by night and day. Nice furniture. Kind people in reception.
Difficult to find, cold in the bedroom. If you do not enjoy Bruxelles by night, it is noisy during the week end.
Hotel rooms were really good. Staff very friendly and we were really happy with the location (sooo many Belgian bars within walking distance).
Surprised that there weren't any private showers in the room just bath tubs in the middle of the room. One of our rooms (103) was too easy to open without the key (from outside). Our boss managed to just walk in at midnight (without a key). lol
Staff VERY friendly and helpful! Very cool modern boutique hotel that is very centrally to the Grand Place.
Wifi went in and out, but I think that can happen anywhere.
The location was amazing (a little tricky if you're driving, though to get to the public parking garage and then walk over to the hotel) it's located a block from the Grand Place with many shopping locations and yummy restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful offering restaurant recommendations, checking us out in advanced, etc. The hotel itself was really modern and beautifully designed. Our particular room was Corona themed with hand drawn murals on the walls.
Our room had a really odd smell like spilled paint. It have us both headaches. There was a plug in air freshener so they must have been aware of the problem. We aren't big complainers so we just opened the window. Hopefully though they can fix the smell!
Location, cleanness, friendly staff
The noise of the bar under the hotel untill 01.30 in the night. The hotel claims the rooms are soundproof!
liked the really big bed. I enjoyed having the bar and live music downstairs
a bit of a strange layout with the bath in the room
location is nice (a few min. walk to metro station, many restaurants, sightseeing spots). inside the hotel and room atmosphere is good, cozy.
The location is perfect, close to the "Bourse" and the "Grand Place", in the city centre. The design of the rooms is trendy.
It was freezing outside and the heating system was not working properly in my bedroom. This was only the case in my bedroom, not in the other 2 bedrooms we had booked for the night. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and did their best to help me: they finally brought a radiator device. In my bedroom, the bed was placed under the window, between 2 walls, which made it rather unpractical, and it was rather noisy in the street, especially in the morning. There is no possibility to park in the street, even hardly to leave the luggage at the hotel. The car park is at 5 minutes walk.
Friendly staff made good restaurant reservation. Room was good size with comfortable bed.
charming and comfortable establishment with charming people in it. courteous and obliging staff. very convenient location (bourse, place st katherine, grand market). very, very pleased with our brief stay. recently renovated. we were in a junior suite, loved it
breakfast buffet is good but a touch expensive at 14€. no staff in house from 23h–7h (so be aware, those with possible emergency issues)
Staff v friendly and helpful. Room was interestingly designed and not a bog standard hotel room. Location very good.
Shower cubicle - which was next to the bed - leaked and there was no hot water in the morning. Staff did try to help but water still only warm by the time I had to check out. I had had a hot shower the previous evening.
This small hotel is located in a hart of town, close to shopping district, close to Main square, lot of bars and restaurants. Staff is great, rooms very interesting, very good wifi connection, great breakfast.Very pleasant stay. Recommended.
Sound isolation is not so good, no kleenex in a bathroom.
Location was great, in the middle of the lively Dansart area. My room was small, but ideally for its purpose: a place to sleep for one person after a long business day in Brussels.
very friendly staff
rooms a bit small
The room design and accessories The location – walking distance from Grand Place Excellent staff Very helpful with information
The rooms over the Bar where VERY loud (Avoid room 107) In the middle of the night you hear doors slamming and garbage being picked up. They moved me to another room at a higher floor and I slept like a baby. - Breakfast was nice but a bit pricy in my mind for what they offer.
Very nice and cosy apartment. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel serves their own water which was great. The location was excellent, with great cafes just around the hotel for breakfast. Lovely quiet morning as well. We loved our stay in Saint-Gery.
The water turned cold suddenly halfway through my shower. It was winter and thus, it was freezing. I had to stand in the shower hoping the water will turn back to warm. Thank god it did.
The hotel room was beautiful with a huge bed. It is in a nice square with a lot of bars but the rooms are quiet. About a 15min walk to anywhere we wanted to go.
Nice stylish place.
The heating did not work and it seemed like a known problem as they had a little electric heater they gave me.
our stay was lovely from start to finish
a little noisy on friday night however a great stay
Very good location, very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us, very comfortable room, would definitely go back.
Nothing, everything was great
Room 202 faced a noisy ventilation duct that was blowing all night long making sleep difficult. Front desk closes at 11PM, so by the time I noticed the noise it was too late.
Don't have a late breakfast. There will not be any food left! Self-consciously modern. Comfort should come before fashion and "design".
