We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival - very accommodating and it was much appreciated. We enjoyed the more spacious room than other European hotels. This was my 3rd stay at Hotel St. Michel and I would recommend it to other looking for accommodations in this category. The view is priceless. Furnishings could be updated, but linens were fine. |

Very friendly staff, very helping; Great location, right on the Grand Place plaza Room is very basic. It is perfect just to sleep, instead of staying in. |

Perfect location, on Grand Place, in the middle of the center! Clean, quiet room. The hotel is a bit dated and could attract more guests if they renovated the place. |

The staff was very nice and friendly. They were proactive in making sure that I enjoyed my stay and the city. While the service was great, and it was great quality for the money, it's not a 4-star hotel at all. The rooms are very small, and very old looking. |

Booking a room with a view on the 'Brussels Grand Place' is a must in this hotel. If not for the hotel, do it for the outstanding and unique view ! The building is classified, no modifications are probably allowed, so we're stuck with very old non isolated windows, and it's very noisy on the 'Grand Place' side, all night long... but you don't go there to sleep, right ? |

Hotel Saint Michel is situated in the heart of Brussels and on communicative place inspired by the historical atmosphere of Grand Palace. I had like the hotel and will use the services again. |

Seld and the rest of the staff. Seld was very helpful and interested in the history of the sights we wanted to see, also had many suggestions we hadn't thought of. They found answers for me when they didn't know. The restauranat t'Kelderke in the cellar was our favorite for food and service in all of the 19 days of travel in Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands. Location is fabulous also!!! |

The man at the desk went out of his way to help. It was centrally located and the fact of being on the Grand Place was marvellous. We got a room overlooking the market place and that was magnificent, though a little noisy at night. The breakfast was ok. |

Our room was facing the Grand'Place, and that was fantastic, but it does have drawbacks in the summer. There is no a/c, so you have to keep windows open and the noise is constant from people partying until 4am and then the clean up trucks arrive. But it is fun for two nights to be living "on" the famous plaza for such a good price. The included breakfast is excellent. Staff wonderful. Having no a/c sounds spoiled, but it is needed when it is hot! Soon to be renovated, so it is worth the loss of sleep for the low price to be right "there" - once a/c is installed, prices will soar. Enjoy now! |

fantastic location. you can not be in a better location in Brussel. Pay the extra to have a room with a view of the square. Magic any time of the day/night. The room was on the 2nd floor and was large. Comfortable big double bed, two comfy chairs and a large coffee table as well as a desk. Bathroom big enough for a bide with room to spare. Proper big bath and powerful shower. Great! The room and bathroom was clean and nice, but could do with some updating as a little old and worn here and there. |
