The room was not clean...the bed covers hadnt been changed. THe bed itself was uncomfortable and the springs were broken. Very noisy...could hear the people next door. |

Very close to city center, right in the middle...Nice staff, good breakfast. Very noisy because of being right in city center. Friday night and Saturday night was party time right outside my window, bars and pubs. The windows did not reduce much of the noise. Don't forget to bring your ear plugs!!!! |

the rooms were clean but really small; the breakfast was good, the location is fairly central Reception staff were not very friendly. I was greeted by "it's far too early to go to your room" instead of "welcome, your room is not ready until after midday". E mail could be sent out) and staff asked were indifferent to the problem. The bed was very small. |

The location was perfect. It was just one block off the Grand Place. The rate wasn't bad for it's location. The room I stayed in was right on the street across from a bar and a "gentleman's club". It was loud and raucous with neon lights shining into the room all night long. If staying there, ask for a room off the street. |

the location is def the greatest quality, short walks from the central station, grand place, etc. the bed was not really confortable and kinda small for 2 persons, too much noise in the corridors, the fact that we stayed at the 3rd floor and the window was too high, I had to climb over the table to open it/close it, the breakfast was ok. |

The hotel is near to everything, suitable for long walks about the city, even at night. Near there is a celtic bar - fine place to go dancing, even not at the weekends. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free internet access in the rooms is a big bonus. Lack of sockets to plug in equipment like laptops. No socket near the desk. |
