Hotel Saint Nicolas    

The location was very good, near to central station and city center.

The room was awful, not clean bad smell all around the room, the beds were not comfortable. there was a very small TV without remote control.

Best Location in Heart Of Brussels. Staff - Ok. It is very clean, Rooms are also good not big enough but still comfortable.

Only One Receptionist, took too long to serve all 10 people who wanted to check in at 14.o clock.

Cleanliness, location and most staff.

The attitude of the staff who booked us in was incredibly poor, she demanded a deposit and when asked why her reply was "look at you, I know you will cause trouble and wreck the room" that is disgraceful, whilst we were quite drunk she has no right to make that assumption about anyone, we were polite and little did she know amongst us were a nurse, an artist, a teacher and banker. All very successful professional people. The rest of the staff were very nice however first impressions count and ours of the hotel was very disappointing.

Couldn't be a better location - easy walk to Grand Place, Opera House, Central Train Station. Helpful, friendly staff.

Rooms are Spartan - think renovation is still under way...

Position was fine, right in downtown Brussels.

Never seen such a small room, no wifi connection at all in the whole hotel, quite expensive in comparison to other Hotels I've been, but cheap for Brussels standard.

Excellent location.

Satisfactory, but a bit worse than other hotels of simmilar price in the centre of Brussels. The room on 3rd floor was small and high and the window was just at the ceiling - I.E. no view, no ventilation, depressive. At breakfast warm meals were cold. Some facilities look quite old and used-up.

Hotel is situated in the very heart of town center, only 5 minutes walk from the Brussels center train station, only 2 min walk from the Grand place! Facilities are pretty good, staff is very polite and helpfull. All in all, best possible value for money.

The bathroom heater wasn't working but there was enogh heat from the room.

Convenient location near Bourse Metro station. Close to Grand Place. Not expensive. Good breakfast.

Hard to find: no well-seen name, no house number. Furniture no conveniently located in the room: had to step over the bed to get to the wardrobe.

Excellent location near to Grand Place. Very cheap for location. We were in an apartment style room over the road from the main hotel building which was very private and very nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable double bed.

Toilet seemed very cheap and there was an issue with it flushing. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.

Location

I had to change room twice. First time, it was very smelly (smokers), second time cold air coming through the window. Then very noisy rooms, a generator or something similar close to the window.
