The suite was confortable. The hotel was well located.
A bit hard to find.
There was a fire at the neighbour place and they were a mess! Couldnt solve issues fast, so we couldnt rest properly! No electricity, no lift, no wifi, dirty kitchenet.
Location right in the heart of the city
Ridiculously expensive breakfast
friendly and helpful staff making you feel welcome good breakfast
no tea kettle in the rooms only a coffee dispenser on ground floor at bottom of lift
The staff , the breakfasts . I was looked after very well , and I would like to thank the staff for this .
No air conditioning
PROXIMITY TO SITES.
SMELLY FISH FRY RESTAURANT ACROSS THE STREET..NO A.C. DANGEROUS WINDOWS..WATER ON FLOOR FROM OPEN SHOWER..HAIR DRYER DIDN.T WORK
Breakfast was just about OK.
Location of suites above a restaurant. Building unfinished. No fire alarm or fire escape in this section. No air conditioner and only one fan available for two bedrooms. 24 hour noise outside. Very difficult to park nearby to off load/load bags.
The rooms were renouvated. The hotel has an excellent location downtown without hearing any noise from the street( i was on the last floor)
No air conditioner The elevator was quite slow and old
Not the friendliest staff and because the apartment is above a restaurant it's noisy.
This is NOT a 3 star hotel as rated in the website. Water heater is turned off after midnight and shower warms up after 8:30 the next day. Wi-fi is weak. Picture on website is not the same as the hotel itself.
Location, price, staff, cleanliness
No air con. It's like a sauna in the rooms and the whole hotel smells like stale smoke.
reasonable price. There are 2 buildings. 1 of them is old one where rooms are old and small. We have stayed at new one, room was great
The Street where hotel is located is little bit crowded and loudy because of casinos. Hotel is at city center but not close to touristic places (historical places). It is surrounded by casinos.
Only two blocks away from the metro and very close to the Grand Place. Room was good for a budget friendly hotel. Nice clean decor. Bathroom felt nice and clean.
The hallways looked a bit like a run down dormitory. The wi-fi was detectable in the room, but never really worked.
hotel staff seems disinterested in it's guests.
The position and the hotel rooms are excellent
Having to open the window as it was too hot, it was difficult to sleep as people talking outside are heard up till early morning (4.00)
This hotel's picture does not match with the real building. The single room was very small and the carpet was dirty and smell bad like as old motel.
The quality of the bathroom, of the bed and furniture, the friendly crew, the cooling ventilator in one of our rooms. The cleaning of esp. the bathroom and the location in the centre of Brussels. And the prepareness of the management to buy extra ventilators because of the extraordinary heat.
The absence of an airco, the outreach of the wifi and tv, the modest opening facility of the windows, the streetnoise (which made the limited opening facilities very acceptable again) and the absence of a parking facility. (But the public parking station was nearby)
Reception very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Parking close to the hotel. Main attractions at walking distance.
Needs a little bit more maintenance: we had water accumulation in the shower and had to warn to have it fixed.
Location was good. Short walk to grand place and churches.
It was noisy. We had to keep the widows open as there was no a/c so we heard ever thin all night. The room smelled like seafood from the restaurant downstairs. The wifi did not work, the remote batteries were dead, we found a bag of crackers in the bedroom closet. We were only given one set of keys so we all had to come and go together as you had to key lock the door from both sides. There were wires sticking out of the wall as well. The counters and doors all needed a good wipe down.
We were extremely impressed and will always use your hotel when we are in Brussels
Very spacious bedroom and bath room.
Hotel room at 4th floor without lift. Steep and narrow staircase difficult to bring up luggages.
I booked a room 27 times with Booking.com, this is my worse ever experience! At 12:00AM there were two workers on the same floor (4 meters from my doorstep). They were using a circular saw. They had been using it continuously during a hour. The noise made by this tool is incredibly loud and there was an intense smell due the the things they cut. The hotel pictures posted on Booking.com are not relevant. I believe that only a few rooms are brand new. Mine was small, with very old furniture and a old TV set. I asked for the iron room key and was told that it does not exist any longer. They gave me an iron without a table, arguing it would be easy to iron my shirt on the bed! I left this hotel the first night at 1AM and found another hotel on my own.
This property was close to grand place. Spacious The family unit has kitchenette
The suite was over a bar so loud in the front room. No coffee or tea in room You need 2 keys one for main door and suite door
Best location good price
Very slow WiFi no mirror at the main room the stuff do not know good English
