the room was clean and sufficiently equipped for one or two nights stay, but not more
the facilities are extremely poor, a weird smell in the foyer
- Really convenient position - Clean and big room
- The wall that separate the room from the corridor is too thin, you can hear every people that passes by - The double bed wasn't one double bed but two mattress put together
location facilities cleanliness
Staff weren't that helpful or friendly Weird themed interior decor (to my taste) Shower drain blocked and flooded the bathroom Sink drain blocked and flooded bathroom
Property is located right in the middle of the tourist district, close to the shopping street as well as to the restaurant area.
WiFi was impossible to configure, had to reserve to the other's building WiFi.
The position was central. Clean, hot water for shower. Big apartment for 4 people. Polite Staff .
Noise of drunk people, poor wifI in the external apartment.
Location is good, near metro, Grand Place about 7 minutes walk, supermarkets, shopping street. Big bathroom with two sinks, bathtub plus shower. Breakfast was ok, with some hot dishes like sausages, eggs, potatoes, bacon. Staff was friendly enough.
It's not mentioned that they have three separate buildings. Make sure to ask for a room at the main building with reception as other buildings do not have reception, lift and security cameras. We had to climb with our bags on the third floor with very narrow and steep stairs. No hot water and Wi-Fi sometimes. Broken toilet seat. Small bedroom area with no space to put your luggage and walk.
The hotel was in a good location, especially for the Christmas Markets. We were in a triple room which was large and had plenty of room.
The staff is Fantastic
Good location and good staff
We stayed at another building which is opposite the main building of the hotel. There is an elevator but from the ground floor to the first floor there is no elevator, so it's a bit tough if you have heavy luggage.
As long as the windows is open, noise comes in no matter daytime or night.
the room is really clean and comfortable, location is very close to the grand squre, and 10min walk to the centerl station.
i was stolen at the first day in brussels, be carful! the breakfast is 15 eros, its a little expensive
Central location, very close to the Grand Place, friendly staff, 24-hour reception, comfortable room and beds, lots of options for breakfast
The room was a bit too warm so we had to leave the window open. Other than that everything was great!
Everything. Slippers in the rooms would be a great idea. Would definitely book again!
Everything. Good personal, cleaning, breakfasts. Awesome bathrooms with a huge bath. 2 minutes from Grand Place and other main interesting places. Fast wi-fi connection
The room was pretty cozy.
This place doesn't have any sign outside(hard to find). The lobby is horribly dirty and disorganized. The street where it's at is noisy.
The room was spacious and the location of the hotel was perfect.
There were no proper cupboards or drawers to pack or hang clothes and very limited shelves to put your things on. There were no glasses or any thing to drink water from. They only gave us one key to share between 3 adults so inconvenient when we came back at different times.
- wifi is poor - heating system working only from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am , can you believe that ? - front desk in another building, if you need anything you have to go by yourself to them . - I had electricity outage for almost 1 hour so , me , my wife & our 4 months baby stayed in cold & dark ! For almost 1 hour. - at the checkout they couldn't refund my registration fee because thier machine weren't work and for me it's not comfort to stay sending mails after I left to get my money back . That's the main important you discover the rest by yourself if you want to try .
Location in the heart of the city. Staff helpful. Room & bathroom clean.
didnt allow early check-in even 1.5 hour before 14:00 pm while room was avialble :).
Only the location.
- Dirty; - No customer service; - No Wi-Fi or Internet; - Unconfirtable bed; - Staff rude and impolite; - Noisy; - Very poor decor; - No restaurant; - No bar; - No room service; - No comfort at all in the room; Worst experience ever. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE
Very kind staff, the studio was excellent and was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent. A 10-minute walk to the train and bus central station.
The hotel is extremelly hidden. There are no clear signs to show where the hotel is. We took a long time to find the place and we had to ask a taxi driver to help us with a gps. The room where the luggage is kept before check-in time was not very safe because costumers managed to drop and pick up the luggage by themselves. There was no control of the picked up bags.
The key wasn't working properly. So left my self and my three young children in a room with no locking door. Was expected to leave room unlocked with my valuables in too during day the fire escape is locked so if u flee and forget to take your key. You can't get out!
Liked the location..value for money...Staff was terrible...wifi terrible..asked staff to book taxi and the taxi never turned up ...almost missed eurostar..was last person to board train...which was already 15 mins late.. made a decision to go for metro in the nick of time after taxi didnt show..hotel staff very laid back. for people with no kids this is a good option..but dunt have too high hopes...
