This centrally located hotel is within 320 yards of Brussels' central Grand Place and an 8-minute walk from the Central Train Station. Hotel Opera has a 24-hour front desk, a tour desk and free Wi-Fi....

The location and the dimension of the room
We asked for a big couple bed and there were 2 beds instead, the water from shower flooded the WC and the balcony was full of ashes and cigarettes.
Wi-fi Room Cleaning (too late)
The hotel is in a decent location. The bathroom was quite nice
Too expensive for what it is. Very dated hotel. Wifi doesn't work in the room
I've booked a studio and it was outside the main building. There was an extremely noise from a club near the hotel all night until morning.
The room was too hot - the bed was by the radiator and I couldn't turn it down therefore I didnt' have a good nights sleep
Central location Rooms clean
Corridors worn out
Main bedroom bed was comfortable
It is so close to Celtica bar with drunk people singing until literally 5am meant we got no sleep at all . Very inappropriate if you have young children. Extra bed provided was not a bed.....
No air con or fridge in room
Studio next the hotel was newly furnished with modern furniture. Accommodation is in the centre, metro stop is next. Breakfast was very tasty.
Wifi didn´t work.
The reception staff is helpful, the apartment itself is new and stylish, well designed, kitchen facilities are perfect, the bed was confortable and wifi worked OK.
During the first night they started repairing works at 6 am with drilling. And when they finished work in the same evening they closed the corridor with the wooden sreen for people not to pass through the corridor as they replaced some placs on the floor. The next night the electric boiler turned off and in the morning there was no hot water, I was sent to another apartment to take the shower. During the overall stay there were only 4 TV french speaking channels with pictures, all other channels showed black sreen with the information that it was radio cnannel.
Great service, fun quirky chocolate themed rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean with a modern twist. Great central location, walking distance to train and Grand Place.
Lack of street signage, myself and others walked past the entrance and had to ask where it was.
location, decor, value
Very close to centre
Noise coming through the walls from other rooms and corridor at night or early in the morning.
the room is ok, looks like its newly renovated..
we had a hard time finding the hotel....the facade of the hotel which is displayed in the website is confusing...the corridor to the room, the hallway to the lift was a little dark, although its sensor lights. we took the lift without a light our room, imagine that!, went out in the afternoon til evening, and when i returned and took a shower the bath area is clogged! i have to stop without rinsing as the water will overflow! reported to the reception who came after 10minutes and he fixed it, when i continued to shower its still clogged!!!! we tried to watch tv and there is no remote control, we were given a chinese remote control that didnt work with their philips tv! i requested for a one big bed and yet we were given twin beds which were arranged as one big bed! that moves everytime we make a move! my legs were itching the whole night as i slept without my PJ as there was no ac, probably bed bugs but their bed sheets looks very white and comfortable. no ac because the whole brussels is airconditioned as per the afternoon front desk clerk who is nice. the front desk clerk early am was a little rude! I am a travel agent and will not recommend this hotel, in fact i asked my friend who is booked a couple of days after to look for another hotel. I demand a refund on this!
Room (studio) - friendly environment
Sometimes bad WiFi signal
Great location and the studio 110 was fantastic. It had everything in it.
They give the guests one key only for the apartment. And it was a bit hard to find the hotel.
The Wifi in the room was excellent! The room was clean and modern. The bathroom and shower was modern and decent. There was a flatscreen tv. The location was great, crawling distance to everything in the city center. The staff was friendly.
The room was tiny. The window was so high (by the ceiling) that you could not see the outside. Kind of like a cell. The pillows were a mess (2/3 empty). Although I had 3 pillows, I would need 2 more to make a decent pillow with.
Very nice location
Hotel location is excellent as it was very near to the Grand Place! Loved it!
It was a little bit noisy at night as there are a few bars nearby. Also, they don't have aircond, it was a bit warm when we stayed (mid Sept).
Nothing, small room with nothing in it. shame to rent such rooms for 130 euros.
Everything, dirty, lights in the room not working. generally disapointing.
Great location, friendly staff, modern interior design for the room, big room and bathroom. Very pleasant stay, main attraction within walking distance for Grand Palace, City Hall, Manekin Piss etc...
Right on the pedestrian street to the Grande Place. Units brand new and comfortable bed.
Utilitarian units in an annexe building separate from the Hotel. Poor soundproofing, so noisy drunks at 2am quite audible inside. No attempt to decorate in a cosy or attractive way. Would be ok for 100€, but a busy week in Brussels meant 200€, which is not justifiable for these studios.
I was put into a studio (in an apartment building 20 metres down the road) because the room I booked in the hotel was not available. No discount on the price was offered for this. It overlooks a street full of noisy drunks at night. It was quieter during the day, actually!
If the room faces the street, it can be a bit loud the whole night on weekends.
Privacy in my studio. I dislike receptions and too many tourists.
Reception at check out was disorganised about cancelling my security deposit, it was all sorted at the end.
