Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 20 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

I liked that I booked a room for 3 people but we got a room for 6 people.The staff was very helpful. Liked the seaview.We had also a small kitchen with all the dishes and even oven. I didn't like that there was no soap or shampoo in the room, one morning there was almost no water to have a shower. Breakfast room was too overcrowded, perhaps because the greakfast time was between 8 and 10 only. The chek-out was also at 10. After breakfast it was impossible to use the elevators, there were too many users at the same time. Also parking was not available for all days. |

It was close to the beach and shops The hotel reception was polite, not warm. The room is designed for self catering, not just a normal room. The bed is a wall pull-down, not a normal bed. No tea and coffee in the room which is normal in a majority of hotels. |

Onhaal is zeer goeg, boeking garage is zeker aan te raden ondanks de aanweziheid van veel kinderen relatief rustig hotel. In de hotelgangen hing een rokersgeur en er zijn grote honden toegelaten in dit hotel, dit is niet zo fijn voor een carapatient zoals ik. |

goed gelegen, centraal op de dijk van Nieuwpoort en parking is goed bereikbaar we hadden een familiekamer gevraagd voor 2V+3K; kamer was pas om 16h beschikbaar; bedden waren niet gemaakt; 4 stapelbedden en een matras die uit de muur komt; matras is veel te klein - onmogelijk voor 2 volwassenen - en deze lag rechtstreeks op een plank, zeer hard dus; TV zit in de hoek achter de kast, je moet tegen de muur gaan staan om iets te zien; ald de matras is uitgeklapt, is de kamer vol...; douche: temperatuur van water is niet te regelen, heet/koud/heet... dan maar geen douche; elke hoek is gedecoreerd met spinnenwebben incl. de bewoners, zeker nor een restant van de halloween versiering; Ontbijt: muffe lucht bij de ingang van de ontbijtzaal; geen propere tafel te vinden, eten is zeer basic |

het ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend veel keus,lekkere broodjes. de ligging was ook perfect vlakbij strand en winkels kamer was heel klein , lawaai van stromend water, openen kasten. kleine badkamer , klein bed ,slechte matras.had voor die prijs een beter bed verwacht. vuile liften. nadeel vond ik ook dat je pas om 16 uur op de kamer mag. |

de ruime familie kamers die ook over een keukentje beschikken, dat is praktisch voor jonge gezinnen. ook een héél goed ontbijtbuffet toen we terug kwamen na een wandeling, was onze kamer niet afgesloten nadat ze gepoetst was! we hebben dit onmiddellijk gemeld. |

Het onthaal was correct, het eten was zeer goed en de hoeveelheid meer dan voldoende, dus de maaltijden waren uitstekend, de coördinatie was prima voor het plaatsen aan tafel. De bediening zeer goed en beleefd personeel.De kamers waren in orde en zeker voldoende verwarmd.Wij keren zeker nog terug en raden het zeker aan bij vrienden en kennissen. |
