Rooms are not luxurious but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was more than adequate. Location is quite good, being in a narrow street less than a 5 min. Walk from the railway station, and about 20 mins. To the main tourist area. Many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. First impressions might say that the area is a little run down, but we felt perfectly safe during our stay, including walking back to the hotel about midnight.

Only a minor thing, but there was no safe in the room. My companion had a safe in his room but it was not working,and despite being reported on arrival it was not repaired during our 3 day stay.

Nice, quiet, comfortable hotel for reasonable price, situated at 5 minutes walk from Central Railway Station.

No shopping centres nearby

Mondo Eden is a nice hotel, very close to the train station (5 minutes walk) and to the city centre and university (15 minutes walk). The staff is kind and friendly, breakfast is more than satisfactory. Also the room was extremely clean and quiet.

The window of my room had a somewhat claustrophobic view on a small internal courtyard. Maybe the rooms on the other side are better.

Very nice hotel, good location. Beautiful, clean and cosy room with awesome bad and cool bathroom. Very affable and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

I wish rooms had mini bar (but there's a night shop next door, so certain problems were solved quite easily).

Very good location. Close to Station and centre. The hotel is modern but fairly basic. No frills and does exactly what is says on the tin - so to speak. Clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. A few signs of slight tattyness around high use areas such as bathrooms but all in all pretty good. Good free wi-fi.

Could need the once over spruce up with a lick of paint here and there. Parking expensive at €20 per day so better to use the public (24hr manned) Diamonte Car Park next door. €15 per day reduced to €10 if you get your ticket stamped at the Empire hotel next door!. Other points, there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom. Also, I booked the package that came with a free drink, tapas and local map, but upon arrival I was told that they had run out of the vouchers. Not great and no alternative or compensation offered. Can be quite noisy in the hotel (unless you are the last ones back) as walls not very sound proofed.

well-located

I paid for a "double-bedroom comfort" and was given a room next to the elevator - couldn't sleep all night.

This hotel was in a great location. Walking distance from the central station and the main city attractions. It was very quiet and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We slept very soundly. The breakfast was varied and there was plenty of it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The location of the hotel was spot on . Only a 2 minuite walk to the station ,zoo , various fast food outlets and the city tour bus which leaves opposite McDonalds .The breakfast was pretty good too .

Having driven most of the day to get there I found Antwerp a bit of a challenge which made finding the hotel difficult ,especially with all the construction work and closed off streets . Also one way streets were often blocked .Also parking was expensive ,20 euros per day for on site parking ,but hte alternative was to park in a public car park some distance away.
