Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was very clean and loved the sound of the church bells nearby.
I enjoyed the big comfy bed, big room, great coffee which you can make in your own room, the internet is pretty fast, the breakfast was all you can imagine and you can choose from many types of food, the hotel has its own parking and it's 2 minutes far from the Cathedral and 5 min from Grand Place. Personal speaks english, spanish, french, german, romanian and this is only from what I heard in my stayng there. This is perfect Choice for Brussels.
There are no such things, everything was perfect.
Excellent location, close to Grand Place. Decent breakfast
WiFi in my room was virtually inexistant, poor signal, kept disconnecting - very annoying. Also, it seems like my room was next to the piping of the hotel, as whenever someone flushed the toilet or had a bath, there were very loud flushing sounds. Not ideal when you're trying to sleep.
Location and breakfest, which was really good.
An unpleasant smell in the room due to wet soaked and a bit rotten carpet.Water penetrated from shower to the room because of the strange shower basin construction - very shallow and above the bathroom floor level.
location and dining room staff
The picture used in the add showed the front as the next building facing Brussels central, so the hotel is actually hidden. They should change the picture and simply say two hundred feet from the Brussels central station.
Location close to central train station
One room had no internet access so we changed rooms. First bathroom had a foul odor. Second bathroom had drainage problem - the sink and the shower. A/C in second room did not work.
This hotel was ok, not more or less.
Very bad smell from the bathroom.
Room wasn't ready at 15:00 Reception wasn't friendly or helpful lumpy mattresses and duvets. Wifi too slow
The location, very close to the station and the conference venue. The room (suite) was great and gave enough space for me to work while my wife could rest. The WiFi worked 100% and was effective and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Poor directions on how to get there when it is so easy The bed in the suite was not even a double bed - 2 beds pushed together - this is completely unacceptable The towels - clean, but not 4* The breakfast - really VERY basic and the fruit juices not even fresh.
Close to grand place, cathedrals, spacious and clean room.
Wish I had stayed longer
The hotel had a great location, less than 5 mins from the Train Station which was very helpful. However, while the room was very comfortable, the coffee maker was a bit confusing (and the staff couldn't help us), and the lighting in the room was very dim. Moreover, there was not enough space to keep luggage in the room.
Lighting was dim, wifi connection was not that great (though the hotel had desktops for free us), not enough space for luggage in the room and a very confusing coffee maker!
Localization. Wi-fi works very well.
small dark room, without kettle. Window view direct to nearest building so it is necessery to cover the window. Every ferniture from another style.
Location is great, spacious room and bathroom, kind staff
Overall cost of accommodation, but in Brussels, one never really finds a place worth the cost... Breakfast (not worth what I paid) Room (703), water from shower went into the room and the carpet got wet. Smell of carpet in the room (like feet)
Wi-Fi worked intermittently.
helpful staff, English speaking great position great selection for breakfast location to underground
bathroom was not accessiable
Excellent location, good accessibility and excellent value for money. Modern yet cosy and beautiful bathrooms. Enjoyed the stay, will recommend for a short stay in the tourist hub.
Wi Fi in the rooms non existent, we raised the issue with front desk who suggested we try in the lobby, where obviously it worked perfectly there, but inconvenient if you need to go online to confirm bookings or travel arrangements for the next day. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and no bar/ restaurant available except for bed and breakfast option. We managed well since the location is great and every neighbouring street have multiple cafés and restaurants.
Location is great, just on top of a metro station and 10 minutes walking distance to Grande Place. Room is fully equipped, WiFi working very well. Staff was very kind and happy to help.
Hotel was tired, understaffed and there was no hot water in the morning so had to go to work after a cold shower - not what I expect for 170 plus euros a night ( not what I expect for 17 euros a night !!!)
Spacious clean attractive room. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Good atmosphere.
All good but sewerage smell emanating from all drains which was horrendous. Was about 10-15min walk from town.
Sewerage smell and location wasn't that great
1- Excellent location 2- The in-house cookie was so delicious 3- Wonderful welcoming 4- Staff was helpful and kind
1- The hotel was crowded
