Breakfast. Location. Ambiance is styleful. Good service from nice people.
Swimming pool is outside the main building(s). The room was in a dependance. So everytime we had to go through the cold weather.
Close to the old town. Spectacular ground floor lobby, restaurant and bar. Impressive mixture of traditional and modern. Clean functional room with a pleasant terrace. Nicely appointed and large bathroom with walk in shower. Polite staff, good (if somewhat expensive) breakfast.
The street although only a couple of minutes walk from the old town is run down and uninviting - thank goodness the hotel has underground parking! Room fitting a little minimalist for a grand hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities and a sensible amount of bottled drinking water should be provided in the room of a Grand Hotel. Difficult access from garage to 4th floor rooms
After complaining about the room situation we got a discount on our stay and a sincere apologie.. that made up for it.
we had room 86. Do not stay in room 86! Its in the second building and the room is located next to the secured entrance door, mean you will hear a banging noise every time someone enters...and that happend a lot..
Atmosphere, walking distance to all attractions, excellent service
Total experience was excellent. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
staff were very friendly, hotel's location is very close to the center, rooms were very clean
We traveled with our car, but hotel's parking was full. So we had to look for other parking areas around the hotel. It would have been better if we could reserve a spot in the hotel's parking.
Nice room, great location
Closed restaurant early Room Service was terrible
The set up AND The restaurant
Design of the hotel; it is a real experience. It feels luxurious, relaxed and comfortable. Kind staff Excellent quality of dinner Nice wellness Upgrade to deluxe room was really worth it
Lack of capacity in hotel car parking; also relative expensive
Location of the hotel very central in the immediate vicinity of the old town. We had a small nice appartment with two rooms, very clean and well equipped. Very friendly staff.
The Hamam was closed due to technical problems.
Maybe naive, but looking at the pics on their website we had expected a bath tub. Actually only 9 rooms have a bath the rest is shower only.
The building was amazing, the decor was superb. There was lounge areas which were lovely to sit and relax. The toilets were excellent. The rooms were lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar prices are very reasonable, not over priced at all
It's only a little niggle but the car park is a bit small, limited spaces and with a height restriction however it is very safe & secure
Fee Spa Great Breakfast Very friendly staff
The steam room wasn't working
Very nicely decorated rooms and modern bathrooms. Classy restaurant. Just a 5 min walk from city centre
Inexperienced front desk staff (but then it was Christmas time) - the check in took ages and they told us they did not have parking spaces free, but it turned out they did. Matresses are surprisingly cheap quality for a hotel of this sort.
Car Parking at Hotel and proximity to the old city.
The room lacked general comfort and design was poor. Heating controls inadequate. Chose not to eat in hotel
Great hotel very close to the centre. Parking just up the road €11 per day, underground. Comfy room with good facities. Nice relaxing sauna & pool.
Didn't like the pillows & breakfast was expensive!
The bed The spacious room
No parking, had to carry luggage long way tho there is a back gate Slow service at reception Lot of walking inside hotel, some uneven floos
Very good bed, and very quiet. The breakfast is indeed one of the best ever known. The most complete one. Beautifully decorated rooms and places. I like everything in this hotel.
The location, but this is really to be difficult and search something a little bit less positive. Nevertheless, quite central anyway.
Great service, Friendly , fine sauna, very fine restaurant
the overly perfumed entrance
Nice suits Very comfortable beds Nice architecture of main building
great atmosphere and location.
room a little on the small side, but then we did book the 'cosy' rate.
Helpful friendly staff- perfectly acceptable stopover- good atmosphere
No-one to show us to our room which was complicated by several lifts to floors with odd and even numbers Incredibly uncomfortable pillows and safety light right above the bed
- friendliness of staff - excellent food in restaurant - regional products at breakfast
Spacious room with excellent facilities. Buffet breakfast was also very good (but no service and very crowded.)
Reception staff very friendly but the trainee who helped us had no clue when asked to suggest a restaurant. You are also left to fend for yourselves with luggage.
