Anonymous, impersonal atmosphere. WiFi did not work in my room though staff said they had had no reports of problems with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very fashion rooms with all amenities. Great location, close to touristic attractions but very quiet. I walked everywhere from here. Free WiFi. Good and affordable restaurant just across the square.

Breakfast not included in rate and was 20€ extra. Second floor has no direct access, you must go to the first and climb stairs .. not good with a 20 kgs suitcase. Even though the hotel is recent already there are a lot of scratches and marks on the room walls. It gives the place a neglected feeling.

Massive bed and spacious room. Didn't hear a single neighbour during our stay.

Breakfast seemed expensive so didn't bother.

Room rate excluded breakfast (OK) but I wasn't given the option of adding it, so had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Odd.

It does not have the roller for shoe polishing. There was a nasty smell in the elevator.

Breakfast is too expensive, as mentioned before you can have it cheaper in many places around.

Service was excellent. Asked for flowers in the room, since it was Valentines Day and got flowers, petals on the bed and a bottle of champagne. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Bed wasn't hard enough. Toilet door handle broken.

On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-) We had read a few conflicting reviews about the hotel when booking and I have to say (having worked in 5 star hotels in the UK for 15 years) I could not fault a thing! If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere else. Thank you for a fabulous 3 days.

lovely hotel, staff very accomodating (LATE CHECK OUT), enjoyed a really nice breakfast, they also included pre diner drinks, we had a really positive experience at the hotel and would highly reccomend it.

It is a well designed quite and small hotel. Rooms are confortable and the breakfast is fine.

There is not a restorant or a bar for having something for dinner

Decor, service, room facilities and breakfast dining were all excellent.

Lack of adjoining rooms for families of older childen (we were happy to not have a "family room" but it was not very convenient having our children located at the other end of the floor from us). Location is poor (unfortunately) for this type of hotel. Lack of room service or dinner meals of any description.
