Location, location, location! And free wifi. Definitely needs refurbishing. Something was wrong with the plumbing in our room a simple shower was enough to flood the whole toilet floor. The breakfast needed a bit more attention, some thing ran out (like the bread) and no one would replace it... I can't see why this hotel is rated four stars? |

The good location, the option to have Finnish sauna - unfortunately it was not available during the socond week of my stay because of the works. Rooms were a bit darks and the trafic noise from the outside. |

The hotel is very nice and clean and in a perfect place in Amsterdam. It has a really good restaurant attached and other restaurants and pubs close by. An easy walk to the tram line. |

Good service for the price. Nice Scandinavian style. Good breakfast but instant coffee...not good. Though the website said it has a Finnish sauna it was under construction during my stay. That was a dissapintment. |

The location of the hotel was great and the main reason that I chose it. The hotel was clean and modern and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast which was included in the price was excellent The rooms while comfortable are a little small |

Location, very nice staff, really good breakfast There was no real window in the room - the window went to the inner space, and downstairs could be seen tables for breakfast - but the room therefore was very dark; the room looks more basic than it is on the pictures rather not for a 4 star hotel, the bathroom also very basic. The minibar in the room was so loud that I even had to switch it on for the night to be able to sleep! |

we found the hotel in a good area for getting around as it was near the railway station and it was close the grand place. there was not a lot of choice for dinner in the hotel . |

Staff was kindly and extremely helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day, everything was fine. The Location was just perfect, it was located near Grand Place and the city centre The nearest metro station was also located near the hotel. |

The location is excellent for both sightseeing and shopping! Grand Place is just a few minutes walk away.There are many restaurants in the area as well. We were very disappointed with the bathroom as the toilet was positioned in a location that made it very difficult to use. This is the only reason why we would not stay there again, though it is possible that not all the bathrooms are laid out the same. |
