The location of the hotel was great and the main reason that I chose it. The hotel was clean and modern and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast which was included in the price was excellent The rooms while comfortable are a little small |

Location, very nice staff, really good breakfast There was no real window in the room - the window went to the inner space, and downstairs could be seen tables for breakfast - but the room therefore was very dark; the room looks more basic than it is on the pictures rather not for a 4 star hotel, the bathroom also very basic. The minibar in the room was so loud that I even had to switch it on for the night to be able to sleep! |

we found the hotel in a good area for getting around as it was near the railway station and it was close the grand place. there was not a lot of choice for dinner in the hotel . |

Staff was kindly and extremely helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day, everything was fine. The Location was just perfect, it was located near Grand Place and the city centre The nearest metro station was also located near the hotel. |

The location is excellent for both sightseeing and shopping! Grand Place is just a few minutes walk away. There are many restaurants in the area as well. We were very disappointed with the bathroom as the toilet was positioned in a location that made it very difficult to use. This is the only reason why we would not stay there again, though it is possible that not all the bathrooms are laid out the same. |

The hotel staff needed a 30minutes notification for the sauna use. And it was available only until 11pm |

I liked the hotel all in all very much, it was functional, clean and perfectly located for our short city trip. The standard double room was clean ans smart. |

An excellently located Brussels City Centre hotel, well priced with good breakfast included. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was ok, but needed a touch of redecoration and a bit more space. |

What you see is what you get (wysiwyg): no nonsens, straightforwards services, effectiveness with economy of space. For its category I was surprised that it had no real lounge. For the price I paid it was perfectly understandable, however! |

Good location: In the heart of the city, easy to get to and yet quiet. We appreciate the effort of Scandic to be as eco friendly as possible. The writing tablet/serving tray provided in the room was a big help. Temperature in the room was too warm. Adjustment should be allowed to cool to outside temperature. While we wholeheartedly support the elimination of the little shampoo and soap bottles, we would have appreciated access the body lotion. Also, face wash clothes should be provided. |

It's location which is not too far from the Central station and it is also near the major shopping areas and sights. Breakfast room is a little dim and table without tablecloth. |

The location is good. The main problem is noise. My room was on the side of the street and I slept very poorly. The windows should isolate traffic noise much better. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a person, who needs to sleep well (business, conference). |

Very proximate to Central train station and Grand Place. Courteous front desk staff, facilities are very clean and breakfast is five star. If possible avoid the rooms at the top floor (5th floor) as the you can hear the noise of the central airconditioning units from the roof of the buidling. |

Very close to Grand Place and the center of town. Great location! Staff was great too! Tried to turn the heat off in our room and it would not stop. The room became very hot. Weird smells were coming from somewhere as well. |

I liked the breakfast and the recycling facilities Room was roasting when I got in and A/C was inadequate to bring the temp to a comfortable level. Moreover, the room was poorly insulated against sound. I heard someone cough in the next room and heard people talking further down the corridor. The room itself seemed quite crampled and there was no shower cap or facecloth/mit so the rooms did not seem to be 4* standard. Finally, I used the sauna which seemed nicely set up but could not get a decent temperature at all. |

the location, breakfast, cleanliness and price the rooms are a dark and no fresh air. But if you only stay in the hotel for sleeping and you will be outside the whole day it's an excellent choice ! |

Staff were excellent. Very polite, very helpful and multilingual. Wi-Fi password that expires every two hours is not convenient for business travelers. |
