rooms to small, not comfortable, TV poor, hotel outdated. i especially was annoyed when i asked for an iron and ironing board and was told to come down and get it myself

It is situated in the centre and very close to the railway station Brussels-centraal Breakfast included, everything was good

The room is very small, with the lifts in the window. Uncomfortable bed (two small beds combined in one) I lost my eyeglasses somewhere in the hotel, but they didn't return them. I don't blame anyone definitely, but the fact is that there was no another place where I could loose them.:(( It is not 4* !!! We expected more comfort for this price.

Location is in 5 min from the main square. Almost all sightseengs are in walking distance. The parking is just from the corner. There are free gym and sauna included in the staying cost (we didn't use them). Good brekfast. Not bad hotel for its money.

* many rooms are facing the inside that have almost no natural light: prison feeling! * breakfast: plenty of choice BUT low quality/cheap products - you can get much better breakfast on almost every corner in Brussels * atmosphere: cold, not cosy at all * staff: soooo slow at check-in and -out!

Excellent location in the heart of Brussels. Very friendly and accomodating staff, decent breakfast.

Outrageously high price for a single room for this hotel category (although this is a general phenomenon in Brussels), cleanliness not top of the notch, feels like 3* in some areas.

The hotel is close to everything in central Brussels.

Hick-up at check in. I had booked 3 rooms and at check in one of my friends wasn't registered. Two of us got initially standard rooms despite having booked superior rooms. But the reception staff dealt with it professionally.

The room was too warm very stuffy, especially at night. There were insects in my room I found other people's hair on the bed. The room next to mine was an adjoining room and the people there made a lot of noise!! Also I made the booking and when we arrived they told us that the booking was in my friend's name who had complained about our booking by email and in order to compensate she got an upgrade - bigger room!!!!!

Perfect location and nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful in whatever we needed.

Room was overlooking a wall, so it was always dark. On top, the room needed badly some rework (E.G. walls scratched). So overall, we were always happy to get out of there. Not what we were expecting based on the website photos.

Really located in the city Center!

Friendly staff and the breakfast was very good. A relaxing environment and easy to access the sights.

The fact that all my friends got a better price than I did for the same room I paid €70 extra because I booked on the day after them.
