Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat einen einfachen Standard, aber die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer grosszügig (abgesehen vom sehr kleinen Bad) und sauber.Der Frühstücksraum (gleichzeitig Cafe) ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. |

War ziemlich zentral in Antwerpen. Teuer, Toilette auf dem Gang. Strassenlärm, Zimmer nicht gut eingerichtet. Sehr altmodisch, etwas verfallen. Würde ich aus dem Programm streichen. |

insgesamt okay. Lage (Zentrumsnähe) sehr gut; Portier sehr freundlich und hilfbereit; gutes Frühstück; insgesamt relativ günstig Parkplatz-Not; ekelerregender Geruch aus dem Abfluss im WC; Teppichboden im Zimmer; geamtzustand des Hotels: Stark renovierungsbedürftig (dafür aber günstig) |

It was a perfect location for us. The staff was very courteous. The requested rooms were not available because the prior guest had not returned the keys. We were given 2 other rooms, then the following night we had to switch rooms. Our time in the city was limited so this was just a bit annoying having to deal with this. |

Great location and very nice renovations and changes in the hotel over the last few months. Stayed here often and will come again. All good; even the mosquitos stayed away from us this time! |

i liked the fact that it was close to everything i wanted to see and there was a good free car park nearby staff were very helpfull because we were on the ground floor room 14 there was no opportunity to open a window for some ventilation, which made it very warm |

The location was excellent. Nice design of the rooom. Breakfast was ok. The steep stairs and the shared toilet, but that I knew of before booking. Small and somewhat outworn beds. The hotel is a bit overpriced. |

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I actually felt good entering the room after a long day walk.I was particularly happy about one of the front desk lady who was really friendly and advised me with my way around the city, day trips etc. What's more, she was really nice to talk to and I had a great breakfast time having a wonderful conversation. The other staff were courteous too. For the money paid, I would have hoped for ensuite toilet. However, the toilet was just outside the room and for all the time I wanted to use it was not occupied.However, its a basic and no frills hotel, good and nice enough for a basic traveller.. |

The hotel has been undergoing some nice renovation/ re-decoration recently. Our room was sunny and bright, nicely decorated and had a very homely feeling. Breakfast was good; the staff was nice and efficient. The location is hard to beat. Free Wi-Fi as well! Very satisfied. |

The location is excellent, in the old town, close to the river and the shopping district. The complimentary breakfast was also really nice. I thought the rooms had character and the staff were unobtrusive. Could have done with a TV in the room as there's no facilities for relaxation. |

It was a very quaint hotel, one I assume was converted from a home. The staff were very nice and helpful and the continental breakfast was the best we had our entire trip. The bathroom was not in the room. We had looked at several hotels in that price range and the description led us to believe that this hotel had the bathroom in the room but that was not so. What a surprise when we found we were sharing the WC with 3 other rooms! We didn't appreciate that! |

Helpful friendly staff The stairs are difficult especially on upper foloors as there's no lift. Also room doors don't fit that well so hall/staircase noise easily filters into room especially late at night. |
