They were very friendly and interested in our necessities. There was a confuse about the price of the extra bed, the information was in booking wasn't so clear and cuold be confusing

That it was close to city centre, the owners were pleasant and helpful. Good value for money. Just that the actual street was all dug up being worked on, so the hotel was initially hard to find, and because of all the sand/mud combined with the rain on the road we were a bit dirty. But couldn't avoid it. The road could be a bit dangerous at night, especially for older people and children.

The location and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Clean towels each day. The room was very basic. Little space for clothing - 1 wardrobe but no drawers.

We had a great, big room with a nice little balcony. Breakfast was nice too, not a buffet but a nice selection of stuff was brought to the table, for drinks you could choose between tea, coffee and hot chocolate plus a glass of orange juice.

Nice large room, simple but good breakfast, great location for the town and excellent hosts. Impossible to fault at the great rate that we payed. Have been in far worse 2 or 3 starred accomodations. Stayed twice now and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it.

The liked the location and the hotel staff were very pleasant people. We were initially disappointed with not having a proper shower in our bathroom and the nylon fitted sheets on our bed but felt we could put up with this as the room was so spacious.

L'accueil est gentil et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre vraiment monacale, très petite. L'éclairage est tout à fait insuffisant (pas moyen par exemple de lire au lit). On entend trop les bruits de voix et la TV de la chambre voisine. La douche est non seulement dans le couloir mais super mini, le système de fixation du pommeau de douche est cassé, si bien qu'il faut tenir celui-ci à la main. Aucune vue et chambre plutôt fraîche car le soleil n'y entre jamais. C'est tellement minimaliste que franchement ça ne vaut pas 40€/nuit.

Matig confort, maar gezien de voordelige prijs best doenbaar voor een overnachting. Betreft éénpersoonskamer. Ontbijt ok, vriendelijke uitbaters. Langdurig verblijf niet aan te raden, tenzij zekerheid van zon- nig weder. Niet aanwezig zijn douche of WC is wel een minpunt maar geen reden om er niet te overnachten.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, prima ontbijt, zelfs zonder eitje. Perfecte locatie, vlakbij strand, centrum (Kursaal) De matrassen hadden wat beter (steviger gekund). Ben je met de auto, dan is betaald parkeren prijzig (20 euro per dag, maar goed, dat weet je al op het moment dat je boekt, bovendien is het mogelijk om aan de rand van Oostende gratis te parkeren)

Prima ontbijt, aardig personeel, uitstekende ligging. Voor de prijs oke, maar als u 2 tientjes meer te besteden hebt per nacht, dan zou ik een ander hotel aanraden. Let op; gratis parkeren is erg lastig in de hoog seizoen. Er zijn voldoende betaald parkeerplekken, maar dit is erg prijzig (ongeveer 20 euro voor 24 uur). De kamer was groot, maar niet echt proper. Het douchegordijn zat onder de schimmel, op de vloer lag zand en de lakens waren bevlekt.

la gentillesse de la patronne qui a accepté un changement de chambre en fonction de ma phobie des ascenseurs, alors que beaucoup de monde était attendu j'ai été estomaquée de devoir régler ma note à l'arrivée, jamais jamais cela ne m'était arrivé précédemment, j'ai toujours payé en partant. Il faut croire que je n'inspirais pas confiance ;-)
