convenience to airport and dining. Front desk was not very good to responding to my problems in accessing the internet. Once I got the service technician to come to my room, he was helpful. |

It is great to have a good night sleep and to walk across the street the next morning to take the flight. The room had an adjacent room with other guests (teenagers) staying. Very noisy until late at night. I called reception who probably called the room, which didn't help a lot since there are always people who don't care about others. The noise gradually stopped when they must have fallen asleep. |

It is a bit high side price set considering the facility and the service but if you appreciate the distance from Airport terminals it may be a reasonable price. That is all. Nothing more than that. |

Rename it etape and it will fit its content. This is the worst Sheraton I ever frequented in my corporate career and will dis-advise my co- workers for sure. The only upside is its location next to the entrance of the airport which boosts its price. Old old old. Not worth anymore the Sheraton name (compared with the one in Schiphol for Example) |

Only its proximity to the airport terminal, and a helpful concierge and staff This hotel is an overpriced and overrated, or blatantly misusing a good brand name like Sheraton. One example of customer abuse was that the showers sprinkled minimum amount of water (moneysaving measure?) - it needed more than 15 minutes to wash the shampoo out of my short hair. Internet access is not reliable, and free Wi-Fi should be included for a hotel in this price range. Heavy smell of smoke in the hallway close to the entry to lifts on my floor, hits you as an uncomfortable wall of tobacco. |

for me it was actually very convenient and accessible for what I wanted did not like not having coffee/tea facilities in the room and we could smell smoke every time we walked into the foyer of our floor |

comfort bed, fresh air, helpful staff, cleanliness of the room, near the airport without inconvenience. Staying only one night I may not be judge the hotel, but I can say that me and my wife enjoyed everything and have nothing to complain about. |

Convenience to airport. Improvement in re. to former stays: PC freely available in lobby. This type of hotel, essentially for travellers, should have free Wi-Fi in room. |
