The fact that it is located so close to the airport. At the price of 130,5 euros per night, wifi internet conncection in the room (at least), but also breakfast should be included.

Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast! Location: the airport terminal is a few steps away (across the road). For a hotel of this level (price) the interenet access, breakfast and parking should be included - or at least available optionally at booking.

This is a conveniently located hotel. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is quiet. The facilities are looking a little worn. It might be time for some sprucing up, especially given the price of the hotel. The restaurant is expensive, especially the breakfast buffet. We ate in the airport--much cheaper and just as good.

It was the only one hotel located in the airport. There were many airports near the airport but it is nothing compared to the one located within the arcre of the airport because you absolutely don't need to think of any transporation until you check in. staffs were extremely helpeful including young possibly interns. (apologies in advance in case they weren't interns). Thank you I can't think of anything but it would have been nicer if slippers were already in the room. they brought them for me anyway so that's ok though. also it would have been nice to have a roof between the airport and the hotel in case it rains (it rains a lot in Brussels;)

It is the best place for the night between flights. Close to the airport and easy way to the centre. But the room facilities weren’t complete – in the room for too persons was one dressing gown, in the coffee table weren’t filters, one cap wasn’t clean.

Just a few metres from the airport Looks old, didn't like the fan heating nor the lighting in the room, it is unbelievable that you can't have free access to the internet, and unbelievable to charge 20 euros for breakfast. Luckily there are some nice places at the airport to have breakfast!

Literally in front of the airport terminal, we only had to cross the street. You can check the flights on the tv room, so you can check in, then go back to the room until it's time to go. Really convenient.

The hotel charged breakfast (25 eur) two times, which after several reminders has never been refunded. Quite astonishing bad service for such a hotel. As a result, I will never stay at Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel again. With this rip-off they ruined their reputation, as far as I am concerned.
