Personnel was not very friendly. We reserved a double room and I my friend arrived before me. Only I had a credit card, so I call to ask them to please let my friend check in before I arrived, so she did not need to wait at the lobby. They said for that she had to pay 100 euros deposit. I insisted I was on my way, only on our away from the hotel and that I will give them my credit card upon arrival (which number they also had because I made the reservation via booking.com), but they refused. That obviously made us feel rather uncomfortable the rest of the stay. |

The check-in staff were efficient and friendly - rapidly managed a long queue of customers. For travel out of bru airport the location cannot be beat. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but showed some wear. Stay away from the resturant! The service was terrible, the food medicore, the prices absurd: charging 29 euro for breakfast is inexcusable. Only recommend this hotel because of location. |

Location next to the airport check-in was very convenient. No problem with waiting for shuttle buses early in the morning. Very clean, large room and an ultra-comfortable bed. The restaurant was overpriced. |

Perfect location, spacious room, and courteous staff. We were advised when we arrived that the water was cut until 4 pm in order to fix an urgent problem. After that the water force was still very low. Poor sound proof as we heard the mobile of the guest next door ring few times and he was talking all night. |

Quick & friendly check in @ late hour.clean room,ergonomic bathroom.prompt room service.fast check out as well. Wish there was a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel entrance-- would be a great help on a wintery ,rainy, snowy day! |

It's very close to the airport. You just have to cross the street. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. We paid 189€ and the room was not even that special. Breakfast was not included. That would have been another 20€ each. Internet connection was not included either. You had to pay an extra 10€ for that. You'd expect the staff to be extremely friendly for that amount of money but not even that seemed to be included. |
