Nice hotel just accross the road to the airport.very good local food, specially in the evening but avoid as usual the overpriced breakfast in these european hotels.

.Would be too far to use as a base to visit the city.

Just across the street from the Brussels International Airport. Good staff at the reception, I booked with booking and on my arrival, they new that I was a Starwood member and gave me a SPG room and charged my Starwood program account with the points for the night. How's that for efficiency and sympathy? That is why wherever there's a Sheraton, it will always be my 1st choice.

every thing was okay at this hotel ,the price was okay for such good hotel ,the location was the most the most important atio all you have to do is to take the train underground the airport

Great location for starting or finishing a trip. Right at the airport (and a train station is also at the airport) so didn't need to spend precious time figuring out how to get to or from the airport or train station.

I will write in english as they were no french speaking agent in the hotel a) very slow checkin b) free internet connection for 30 min? for a Sheraton hotel should be free c) wanted to charge me breakfast and parking however but I was not in the router or had a car, got the confirmation that the breakfast and parking will be deleted from my bill but unfortunately I was charged 20 euros for parking ! not very nice customer serivice!

most good hotels offer their guests free wifi (or at least plugged-in) internet these days. It's upsetting to be charged 223 euros a night and then be fleeced for more money in order to connect. Poor showing, Sheraton.

the bathroom of room 2120 was very unpractical. No placing of toiletries possible on the sink/lavabo to keep these near at hand.

Very convenient for the airport and an early departure.

The food was mediocre for a 4 star hotel.

The only hotel at walking distance of the airport, thus the number 1 reason for staying there when taking an early flight, despite the over- expensive price for the value. The beds are excellent and the area is quiet (5th floor). Lots of space in the room.

Information to reach the car park of the hotel comes too late, when you see it, you might already be on the wrong lane; hairs in the bath tub; French speaking was really poor at the reception desk, which I can understand in a way (international location) though we're still in Belgium (3 official languages); the bar is closing at 24:00 so if you want to be able to enjoy a smoke with a coffee, it's actually not possible.

Perfect to get in late the night before flying out of the airport the next morning

A colleagues credit card used to guarantee the booking, however the hotel also charged that card and told me I couldn't pay for the room myself.

Basically, all good.

Internet inside the room should be used as free of charge.

Being the only hotel facility for a client transiting the next day and wanting to have diner before resting for our morning flight, the only only restaurant had available table for us 1/2 hour after arriving there and 1h30 minutes to be served a lousy diner by very unfriendly Staff.better do something about it.

The location and the folks working the front desk were top-notch. They were very friendly and helpful.
