So very bad!! To mention in order; scandalous check-in and check out of clients (For instance; they checked in groups in the main reception area??!! Instead of letting them have an own room); + ncredible long check in/out time!! Then restaurant; to little space, medium food and very expensive!! The rooms: we had a club room where there was no water in the showers, and bad pillows!! I mean; we were there 1 night; arriving in the night and departing in the morning, and just everything was wrong! This is the classical example of super bad management; The director should be put on a table and laughed at, so bad was this!! They did not manage to handle check in/out when the hotel had a lot of guests!! - Organise the check in/out better - put prepaid groups in seperate rooms and gather passport information in advance so these groups can basically just pick up their keys and go to their room when check in! The space in the restaurant I guess its not much to do about (but very bad planing on those who where the architects behind this)! Upgrade the rooms with facilities (at least the club rooms etc)! And above all; fire the managment - if there is one??!! |

It's very close to the airport. You just have to cross the street. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. We paid 189€ and the room was not even that special. Breakfast was not included. That would have been another 20€ each. Internet connection was not included either. You had to pay an extra 10€ for that. You'd expect the staff to be extremely friendly for that amount of money but not even that seemed to be included. |

Location to my conference. Large room that was very confortable. Staff was very helpful and excellent. Breakfast was too pricy. Internet and communication package was also quite expensive. |

convenience to airport and dining. Front desk was not very good to responding to my problems in accessing the internet. Once I got the service technician to come to my room, he was helpful. |

Easy access to business area around Zaventum and the airport, plus easy transport connections to city. Cost of in room internet access is very high. |

It is great to have a good night sleep and to walk across the street the next morning to take the flight. The room had an adjacent room with other guests (teenagers) staying. Very noisy until late at night. I called reception who probably called the room, which didn't help a lot since there are always people who don't care about others. The noise gradually stopped when they must have fallen asleep. |

It is a bit high side price set considering the facility and the service but if you appreciate the distance from Airport terminals it may be a reasonable price. That is all. Nothing more than that. |
