Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel & Conference Center    

Very convenient for the airport and an early departure.

The food was mediocre for a 4 star hotel.

The only hotel at walking distance of the airport, thus the number 1 reason for staying there when taking an early flight, despite the over- expensive price for the value. The beds are excellent and the area is quiet (5th floor). Lots of space in the room.

Information to reach the car park of the hotel comes too late, when you see it, you might already be on the wrong lane; hairs in the bath tub; French speaking was really poor at the reception desk, which I can understand in a way (international location) though we're still in Belgium (3 official languages); the bar is closing at 24:00 so if you want to be able to enjoy a smoke with a coffee, it's actually not possible.

Perfect to get in late the night before flying out of the airport the next morning

A colleagues credit card used to guarantee the booking, however the hotel also charged that card and told me I couldn't pay for the room myself.

Basically, all good.

Internet inside the room should be used as free of charge.

Being the only hotel facility for a client transiting the next day and wanting to have diner before resting for our morning flight, the only only restaurant had available table for us 1/2 hour after arriving there and 1h30 minutes to be served a lousy diner by very unfriendly Staff.better do something about it.

The location and the folks working the front desk were top-notch. They were very friendly and helpful.

The service and the room were fantastic. We needed to stay because our flight was cancelled and it was right at the airport. Very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable and the free access to the internet in the lobby was also great.

Actually, there was nothing negative about this hotel.

(1)The food is expensive and terrible. Really think the food and beverage department should do a big effort, as the hotel is the window of a grommet country. (2) The wifi service was so poor! Nowadays Wifi has become a " must " for all travelers.

Recently refurbished, comfortable room

Staff do not care about guests: poor service at restaurant, rushed and rude. Concierge was on his mobile with his friend while attending to me; he did not talk to me, just gesticulated. This is unacceptable for a supposedly 5 stars hotel

Very convenient to be opposite the airport as we were travelling early and the shuttles of the other hotels in the area aren't operationnel yet at 4 am (which is for us the only determining factor!) Clean and comfortable room, spacious.

Long check-in even though we go there frequently and are SPG-members; cot not ready because we were assigned to another room with a king size bed (our preference that we also indicated on booking.com reservation but upon check-in it appeared we were going to stay in a room with two beds) Parking: my father would come and pick us up but the last day he wanted to stay a bit longer and he had to go to the pay parking; it would have been nice to get some free time at the pay parking if you're staying at the hotel!

Great location if you connect flights in Brussels and need to stay overnight

In the airport

The room was very big, very well appointed. The restaurant was also very pleasing. The hotel is very quiet as mentioned.

The beds had eiderdowns on them and I was drenched in sweat in no time. It would be nice to have the option of having sheets and a blanket.
