Extremely comfortable. I was slightly unsettled when I woke up in the hotel and was covered in spider bites! Evidently, I realise that this could happen anywhere, and is not a reflection of a lack of cleanliness, but I did get bitten by a spider during the night. |

Very happy with the hotel, enjoy the stay would deffinitely come back. Good location, staff was very friendly and helpfull! A bit akward to find the car park a bit confusing, the car park staff not as friendly and helpfull |

Location and value for money with the weekend deal we had through booking.com Price of the food is exhorbetant and ensured that we did not eat anything in the hotel but went outside instead. Also the hotel rooms are starting to show their age in some places such as the bathroom. |

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the shopping, nightlife and tourist spots in Brussels. The rooms are a good size and, if you ask for a high floor, the views over Brussels can be very impressive. Like most Sheraton hotels I've been to recently, this place is really tired and in need of a makeover. It feels like it was once special, but now sad and run down. Decor and furniture is dated and damaged. Towels are thin. This was made worse by one rude waiter in the restaurant at breakfast. Overall - Could do better. |

Sheraton is a well located Hotel, near train station and underground. Rooms are big. It is an old hotel, with old furniture. The bathroom is not adequated to the price your are pating, with old bathtube, etc. |

It is centrally located, it is standard. The hotel was generally too hot, it was very uncomfortable to stay in - the lounge upstairs and the hotel room. The room service and housekeeping was generally slow. |

Spacious rooms, great location and excellent rates makes the hotel a perfect place to stay at. The hotel is located right next to rogier metro station and is 10 minute walk away from the grand place. |

Location is excellent and the offer for 3 nights was good There is no possibility to make tea and coffee in the room, neither bottled water is not offered in the hotel, this is strange as in all over the world in this level hotel these are always offered by the hotel. |

the lobby is nice and the facilities good however the rooms are quite shabby and the bathrooms could do with updating. the rooms are very noisy and you could continuously hear people walking around upstairs which was very annoying at night time. |
