Very polite personnel at the reception desk, room service, panorama... Everything is okey but, absence of free wifi is ununderstandable. Why don't you try to be the first luxury hotel I Brussel which offer free internet to its guests...

I really liked the deep discounted fares for Friday and Saturday nights. I also thought the pool area was excellent. I thought that it was unacceptable that on Sunday morning I was not able to sit down in a restaurant on site and have just a cup f coffee. The matre d at the breakfast restaurantgave me a paper cup so that I could get a coffee and then return to my room and I appreciated that, but that is not what I would expect from a five star. I also thought that the price of water in the mini bar was exhorbitant. Finally, and prbably more importantly, I cannot understand why the hotel puts up signs in the room concerning environmental policies (towels re-use specifically) and then proceeds to change towels every day even if we don't ask for it. It makes the hotel look bad and unable to manage its own policies.

The location was close to the shopping centre 1. The rude receptionist during check in, there were 2 person behind the desk who's trying to take charge during my check in, it was really confusing because they talked on the same time trying to explain that my credit card was charge 200 euro for the room! And that it would be release upon check out! One said I already paid, the other don't and I still have to pay. (There's no clear explanation about the payment on this website) I book two room and request a baby bed in one of the room, there was none when we got in, we got instead two big bed separated by a desk, (me, my husband and baby) just don't make any sense! There's only one towel, no slippers and bathrobe. My room was on the 4th floor while my son's room was on the 18 floor, The pool water was too cold for children! And very small! We are not really interested for the breakfast anymore since it's cost 26,50 pp and the rudeness of the employee.

I stayed at the hotel due to its central location near to Nord Station. Easy travel from Midi where I arrived by Eurostar with just 2 stops by train. Got a good deal possibly due to holiday period and hence value for money. Expected it to be a luxury hotel given the name, but felt its on par with other hotels which are cheaper. Overall good experience though. Breakfast is elaborate.

Nice big hotel. Fast check out. Good location. Expensive internet. Small pool. Separate sauna for man and women, so my wife and I was not together. One receptionist was rude. Check in after 15h.

Very spaceful room, huge bed, sense of luxury,10 minutes walk from grande place, 3 minutes from nord station, brussells are very "small" to walk so don' t really need the metro opposite the hotel, illy- cafe attached to the hotel, free internet in the lobby. Safety deposit in the room, very good value for the special price we got Cleaning very satisfiying but not spotless, old furniture but no problem, 50 euro guarantee per night for staying..???, There is only shower in the bathroom (no phone-shower) , I surely recommend it if you have a good deal on money. Should provide breakfast in the price.

It has a classical interior decoration based on the 50th modernism. But the hotel has no parking and the 24-7 parking in the neighbourhood is not easily accessible. The elegant atmosphere

Close to the city centre, professional service, clean rooms. The swimming pool not clean, noisy rooms (you could hear every noise from outside, from the corridor and rooms near), very expensive breakfast.

Excellent location, metro Rogier next door and only a 7 minute walk to a main train station as well as a steady 10 minute walk to all of the shops and Grand Place. Received a free upgrade (email and ask!) and was happy with our large room. Tea/coffee tray was not replenished during our 3 night stay which we thought was not good enough for a 4 star rated hotel - and we even left a note asking for more tea bags - this was ignored but overall a minor complaint.

Hotels staff are always ready to help and the rooms are kept ship shape. I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton and will definitely come back for another weekend break. The only complaint is that when bath/sink taps are opened it makes a bit of noise which I find disturbing when having a good rest.

“The location was excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the Metro for connections into central Brussels or a twenty-minute walk to Place Louise, which is one of the most scenic locations in the city. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional and the fitness centre was superb. My room was spotlessly clean and quiet. A lovely stay all round. ” Stephen, Reading |
