The bed is dirty fromthe front side and furnature is old. Room is quit small. The gym is very small and limited and swimming pool is small.
excellent lounge for guests Club room was large and comfortable. room Overall excellent selection for breakfast
There was a lot of dust in food areas. exercise area was congested. Snack food repetitive in club lounge. breakfast hot water was luke warm and a slow process, only two machines. No airport shuttle
no free internet. TV drawer had doors that obstructed view. difficulty with closing the window, only one electrical outlet in the room
- Very professional and helpful front desk/reception - Location very convenient
- Club lounge not competitive with similar offers in other hotels - Modest breakfast (club lounge) - GREAT hotel many years ago, but did obviously not keep up with todays' standards, but definitely meets todays' prices :-)
Great staff and location. Clean hotel.
Supposed to be a no smoking room and smelled like smoke. Informed the staff and they made a note of it but did not offer or check to see if they had something else. I am a rewards member and that was the third time I stayed at the same hotel.
Old room and poor bathroom (not 100% clean and broken shower) Free internet (30min only) didn't work from room
Hotel location excellent, beside railway connection to Airport, near metro and ideally located for exploring the Grand Place, Great Market, Museums and Galleries. The shopping area nearby has all the main names and many independent shops.
Sheraton bed mattresses were worn and sagging in the middle, and not comfortable. The steps in the swimming pool were broken, Pool temperature was chilly. A high number of homeless people in the rail and metro stations does not reflect well on the parliamentary capital of Europe.
Lovely staff and room.
1/ My husband and i decided to eat in for dinner and have something light. The staff didnt know the menu but that was ok, but they were tremendously rude. We ordered poached eggs and mushrooms. When we asked how many eggs comes with the dish, the waiter said two. Based on this, we made our order only to find out there was only one egg. When we enquired about the other egg, the waiter snarled and hissed at us. Moreover, every table was served bread except ours after the "egg" incident. The older waiter who snarled and hissed at us, even spoke french about us (very loudly). I found the service appalling and extremely rude. 2/ When we were checking out, the person who gave us our bill, decided not to provide us the special rates provided by Booking.com. I didnt like this at all, had I not checked, I would have paid €100 more than the special rates offered by booking.com. Shows that the hotel is not very sincere when it comes to check out.
great hotel, but surprisingly beds are really uncomfortable - mattresses do not support the body but bend in two halfs
The staff was nice.
The hotel had a used look, feel and smell to it. Location is fair.
The Club room
The position and the noise associated with civil works
Location and room size and comfort bed
Lobby cleanness when it get crowded
Big comfortable bed, large bathroom, well connected to city centre - bars and restaurants about 15 minute walk away. Also on the Metro and the Tram lines so quick to get about generally. Staff were very helpful, pointing us to the St Catherine district for eating out - was a very good bit of advice.
Whilst we got a good deal on the room, breakfast was expensive, so I wouldn't recommend eating it there.
Great location and friendly/helpful staff
Room was not very clean and smelt of smoke.
Location, bed, extra room for cloth and baggage, view from the room!
Shower was horrible! On arrival together with payment of full stay (which we were informed about) we were requested to pay 200 Euro deposit in cash (which we were not informed about) and was unpleasant surprise! Lift - supper fast so was truly a problem for blood pressure! No FREE WI-FI IN THE ROOM! Window was not opening - so lack of fresh air! Staff did not pay attention to our special request! I noted during booking! Called before arrival! We had wedding anniversary! UNFORTUNATULEY Nothing was done to make our stay even bit better :(
