I had a quiet room, it was warm. I liked that there was a radiator in the room which I myself could turn on and off. |

It is close to the EU Institutions. I did not like the way how the hotel charged telephone calls. Even some of my calls were not longer than 2-3 seconds, they wanted to charge me 3,45 EUR for such calls. At the same time in the rooms where no information about charges for telephone calls. I was promised that after my complains such information will be distributed to the rooms. I just do not like if a hotel put on his bill maybe more than 400% higher charges for calls than the telecommunication providers charge to the hotel. It needed two longer discussions at the reception to find partially satisfactory solution relating to my bill in this regard. At the same time, the hotel manager did not contact me as it was promised by the reception staff. On the other hand, if there wouldn’t be the story with the charges for the telephone calls I would find my stay at the hotel fine. |

First class location when meetings at EU institutions are concerned. Friendly and efficient staff. Many small and usefull details in the room and bathroom. Despite some critism below it is a good choice. Too much noise in the room (elevator, metro...). The price should reflect the fact that some rooms seems are too much exposed to the sources of noise (thats why low mark for comfort and value for money). Poor tecnical quality of some TV chanels. The price for the breakfast is much above what could be understand as a reasonable price. But there are many places where you can enjoy your breakfast for the third of the price. |

This is a well run hotel with high standards. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had dinner in the restaurant and the service was excellent. The athmosphere in the bar is assisted greatly by the great music and the wonderfully outgoing barman. I had a filet steak which was not great on quality. |

I arrived early to leave my luggage and it was raining. The hotel staff not only quickly took care of my luggage but also gave me an umbrella for the day - even before I had checked in. A first class service and an excellent hotel. |

The shower was not working very well, and the whole bathroom was a bit basic, to be refreshed. If there had been a room available at Sofitel which is nearby, the ratio cost/benefit is much better in the latter. |

Nothing much, a dull, uninspiring, overpriced business hotel, handy for metro Bathroom was poorly designed, room was dark and uninspiring with cliquey photos on the walls. They have an environmental policy re towels, but the whole building is poorly designed from that respect. For a city break I would chose somewhere else. Chose it because it was very good discount and cheap, but at 325 euro per night rack rent and 25 euro for breakfast someone is making a big fat profit. You can by breakfast around corner in cafe for 4 euro, which proves my point |

It is a very convenient good location and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of street noise. The staff were not as helpful as I would expect when one of the advertised services (internet connection in the room) did not work. This does not amount to a complaint - I would take up with the management direct if it were more serious - but the way staff react when things are not perfect is important in making a guest feel welcome. On this occasion there was something lacking in the response and I would like them to have tried harder to help me. |

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff couldn't do more to be of help. A small problem which arose was dealt with quickly and in a very satisfactory manner. |
