The free wifi connexion does not work. Breakfast is far too expensive. Bed uncomfortable.

All of itwas very good. The SPA area for massage should be a closed room though. Apart from that terrific and I would certainly stay again at these great wekend rates

Toilet did not work in room 237. There was no water there.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Room felt cold at first so they brought me an additional heater. Anytime I needed anything (converter, assistance w safe), they sent someone immediately. They could not have been more welcoming. As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated this very much.

Heater behind curtain didn't make sense to me.

Although I had asked for a non-smoking room, I was directly above the smoking floor - impossible to open the windows without breathing in vast amounts of cigarette smoke (which also came up through the pipes in the bathroom). Absolutely disgusting. Pillows were very high and uncomfortable.

Underground parking is not accessible for greater cars. Our room was executive: durty curtains that didn't close, durty plain carpet, old used furniture, cold bedcovers, one chocolatebar cost us 3,80 euros !!!. spa: showers are old and cold water, sauna small and very old and dirty, steamcab didn't work, ir was ok, jacuzzi was dirty, even as the uncleaned surface of the whole spa; only 3 sunbeds and dirty; no control on people that didn't take showers. Obligatery visit with bathsuite: stupid ! morning buffet: too much and people very close to each other.

Ease of reaching the hotel from airport by bus (stop at Schuman) and from the hotel the town is only 4 stops by metro. Great breakfast. Friendly reception staff. We enjoyed our stay at the Silken Al Andalus Seville hotel and we decided to stay at this one as it belonged to the same chain.

Only he way my complaints were attended to.

I was quite disappointed: bad organisation (my room wasn't regularly cleaned - 2 days in 4).

The comfort of the room and the breakfast-buffet. Location is perfect when you need to visit European Commission buildings like Charlemagne or Berlaymont.

Roomprice was outrageous / ridiculous / absurd. Not to mention the price for a single breakfast (€ 27 per person).

It is an expensive hotel. Fair enough but this was poor value compared to other top level hotels in Brussels. Chipped sink in bathroom. Old fashioned shower. Gloomy poorly lit room. The usual bottle of "free" water from the management with a card saying it is a gift. But on picking it up found it had already been opened......rather sums up this place really.

Right next to the European Commission, you can hardly beat this hotel for location if you have business to do at the European Quarter. As the location suggests, the atmosphere is quite effecient and businesslike. If you are on holiday in the middle of a working week, you may find yourself out of place.

Buffet breakfast is 27 euro. Unless you can eat like a horse in the morning, you cannot get even half of its worth.

The breakfast is really good, the bedrooms are always very clean and well-equipped and there is a lovely smell everywhere in the hotel.

It was quiet and comfortable. Taxi rank outside was very convenient.

I arrived at 7:45pm on Monday 5th November. I went to the restaurant - much promoted for its good food on your website - at 8:00pm and the waiter told me it was closing and I could eat in the bar. Not happy! Very pricey at 452 euros for 2 nights and then to eat a pizza in the bar! Some staff very friendly, others rather cold and indifferent, although I have to acknowledge they were working in a foreign language.
