Room was comfortable. Liked the toiletries and robe and slippers Lock did not work and cleaners came into room at 8am. Would prefer a chain as more secure. Breakfast too expensive. |

The location is close to Metro station. The breakfast was excellent, but expensive at 25 Euros (we had an inclusive rate). Overall a very pleasant hotel for a weekend break. |

Easy handling, friendly staff, excellent location, easy to reach. The sink in my room was not workiung properly due to a mechanical problem. The shower was very weak. |

Excellent service at the bar. Very entertaining bar staff, good selection of food and drinks. Very negative belgian hospitability: The hotel management takes every opportunity to rip off the guests besides, the high room rates:WIFI 10 eur/ hour, sauna 10 eur, late check out (4 hours 50% room rate) etc. |

The entire package (most noticeably the design and in general the vibe of the hotel and the rooms), the fact that the rooms are equipped with a desk (very useful if you are on business and need to catch up on some reading) and the little box of goodies filled with "emergency" toiletries, which will cover all your immediate needs if you've forgotten to pack the basics. |

Superb breakfast (except for the coffee) that the coffee bar downstairs is closed during the w/end. This was not the case back in January when we stayed at the hotel. The hotel's breakfast coffee is lousy. |

It was in a lovely district of Brussles, very close to the main park and just a short walk to the centre. The hotel was clean, modern and the staff very helpful. Having to walk through a conference 'break' to get to my room! |

Convenience of the location. The Bath tub/Shower is poorly designed. It is difficult to enter and exit and may well be dangerous for some people. Some of the upper floor rooms suffer from machinery noise (airconditioner on the roof?) |

there is a cafe in the hotel where you can eat a simple breakfast without eating the breakfast buffet. there was a small fitness centre but it was an extra €9 to use it. I did not know it was an extra fee until I checked out. |
