Spacious rooms, convenient location Our room was switched at the last moment to Lei flats. Our room was in need of many repairs. The building was quite noisy until 3:00 in the morning. Since the switch occured at the last moment, I was not able to read reviews for this building. |

Big suite was nice, ability to cook is a bonus - and the balcony was nice Long walks between central location with keys and the actual flat - very difficult with alot of luggage. Construction (and loud music) started at 8 A.M. within the apartment the next moring waking me up.. |

Clean. Helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood. Vending machine. Leuven Station to City Flats Leuven(where we had to check-in) is more than 1.5km. And it's very hard to find the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful though. |

It was nice having an individual apartment, within walking distance (15 minutes) of the train station. It made for easy access to Brussels. I did not like the fact that you had to travel to a different location in order to retrieve the keys for the apartment. |

These are flats that are intended for longer stays, so they are quite large, and have their own kitchen. You have to get the key from somewhere else! This is mentioned in an email that is send after booking, but not on the booking pages themselves. Although it is not that far away (a 10 minute walk) it is a pain, especially with luggage. It also means there is no-one available on the site itself in case of problems. |

El apartamento era grande y estab bien equipado. El wireless no llegaba hasta nuestro apartamento en la 4ª planta, el baño estaba atascado y no lo arreglaron en toda la semana, sólo venían y lo arreglaban para una horas. El último día de nuestra estancia llovió y nos encontramos goteras en una de las habitaciones. |

De uitleg over een ander werd gemaild toen we al ingechecked hadden, dus we wisten een aantal dingen niet. Het alternatief was niet gelijkwaardig en op een andere lokatie. |

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und ruhig gelegen und für längere Aufenthalte oder für Gäste die mit einem Auto anreisen sicher zu empfehlen. Dass die Reception so weit vom Hotel entfernt ist, ist für all jene die mit dem Zug anreisen wirklich sehr unbequem (vom Bahnhof 15 Min. Fussmarsch hin, dann 20 Min. zurück zum Hotel). Weiter finde ich die Wohnung für eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern gefährlich, denn die bis zum Boden reichenden Fenster sind offen, nur durch ein einzelnes Holzbrett auf Hüfthöhe gesichert. |

De grootte van het appartement en de ligging t.o.v. het centrum. Er was één bed met een slechte matras. De spiralen kwamen er bijna doorheen.Het appartement was niet goed schoon. Geen parkeermogelijkheid bij het appartement,alleen op 20 min loopafstand. |
