Hotel Siru    

Amplasarea este una foarte buna. Hotel micut, cochet, colorat, curat si cu personal amabil. Cu siguranta daca o sa revenim in Bruxelles... o sa ne cazam tot aici.

Fiind situat destul de in centru... este o zona relativ circulata si asta implica mult zgomot stradal.

Liftul s-a stricat in doua din cele trei zile cat am stat, geamul nu se inchidea bine si se auzea tare zgomotul din exterior.

Close to subway, to city centre. Comfortable room, ample parking space nearby.

Smallish rooms

The good location, half an hour walk from the historic city centre. Plenty of restaurants and a shopping centre in the vicinity. Very large and comfortable room. Clean. Polite and helpful staff.

Broken toilet on arrival which was also soiled. Toilet in cupboard Lack of toiletries in bathroom Overpriced Place Rogier is not a pleasant area despite full of tourists

The hotell close to good comminication

It was very close to the train station (Brussels nord) and right on the Rogier square. Its location is very central and next to all the other big hotels like Hilton and Thon etc.

Very expensive like all hotels in Brussels. Very small rooms. In reality these are 3 hotels. Hotel siru and collonial are 3 star hotels and hotel progress 4 star. They have 3 different entrances but inside they are all connected and you can move freely from one to the other. What made me bad impression was that they share the breakfast and some of the lobbies so be careful when you choose either one.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the location fairly central and close to the Metro station.

The lift: small for 3 persons, often busy, I reached the 7th levels by stairs with my suitcases.

Staff is ok but not that helpful compared to others we met during the same trip. Location is bit far away from downtowns.

The staff was very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. The hotel was safe and clean.

I did not like the fact that they did not automatically change the sheets when you asked for the room to be cleaned. You had to specifically request this service. The location of the hotel is close to the mall and the subway but it is not a good area. If you are visiting for leisure I would recommend you stay far away from Rogier. It is NOT a tourist friendly area and the streets were filthy and crowded with homeless people begging for food or money.

This Hotel is in a great location, clean and tidy. I booked this for a stag party of 7 and it was ideal. We were only there for 12 hours in 3 days, but we managed to get some decent sleep whilst we were there. The showers are excellent!

This hotel is 200 yards from the "Sheraton" which two of our group stayed it. It cost them 20 euro a night more, but for that they both got double beds and a huge room!!!

The location is very good. The room is clean. The stuff is ok.

Check-in is at 15,00.

Two single beds being pushed together to make a King size was uncomfortable and the noise of sirens outside went on all day and night. They should get better noise insulation. Sleep was difficult

The location is very good and the price was also.I Liked the bathroom and the shower very much it was clean and new. In general the room was good a bit small but good.

When you enter the hotel there is a really bad smell in the building I don't know why.Also the carpets of the room could be more clean and the little refrigerator inside the closet should have been on power before because it was out of power and it was smelling.We didn't use it but it is bad image for the hotel I think.

The friendliness of the staff but also their willingness to assist. The hotel is quite safe and is not noisy. Rooms are clean especially the bathroom.

At least a blanked could have been provided as Brussles was very cold the last time I visited. Also I think larger pillows should be provided as the small ones that are in the room are quite uncomfortable.

Normal

The fact that they took not only they asked me to pay in advanced but they took a copy of my visa Card, not only of the number but also of the code. This means that anyone can pass commands on internet with the client cards. This is very unpleasent.
