Breakfast was not included in the room prize and I payd 10 € for one capuccino and a sweet pasta. That is too much!!!!

very clean hotel, nice pubs 2mins walk, only 5mins walk from local bus station, (take bus from airport to town, only 2.5 euros, takes 11mins)

I used this hotel for the 1st time 3 yrs ago when my plane was cancelled and I was stranded, anit was the most expensive but well worth the money, having the kettle to make your own coffee more than covers the extra cost. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. I think it is exellent that you can smoke in the rooms and it will always be my first choice now

Contrary to expectations, my single room was spacious and very quiet. The staff were very helpful. I had read complaints about rooms smelling of smoke and specifically asked that my room should not do so - in fact it was fine.

There were several cracked tiles in the bathroom and I couldn't manage to change the bath tap from shower attachment to bath only or vice versa - water always came out of both

Simple but clean, very friendly staff, free wi-fi throughout. Restaurant makes a decent steak! 5 minute walk from the train station, excellent for accessing Brussels (16 Euros return) and airport (2.5 euros on the bus)

Pleasant and helpful staff. It was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a nice gesture to have a couple of sweets left for us. The hotel was nearer the station than we anticipated looking at the map, so was very convenient.

The only negative point was that it took a long time for the night porter to check us out on the morning of departure. Just as well we had allowed lots of extra time to get to the airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately the shower head was broken in the bathroom, so it made it more difficult to have a nice shower.
