Great pleace to stay in Brussels, close to downtown.

Very friendly staff, great facilities. The location is excellent if you have business at the European institutions around Schuman and Luxemburg. Getting to typical leisure destinations around Grand Place/Centre and Ave Louise requires some time or taxi.

Was not easy to find the hotel in the beginning (1st time)

Spatious room, extremelly confortable bed, nice area, great view, walking distance to europarliament, easy access to metro station.

Comfort level of hotel was as expected

Location is not great , but close to European Commission , most probably very attractive for those people . Way too expensive . Paid Euro 395 for one night , breakfast not even included . Place Jordan was also busy and noisy that night since they dismantled the fair during that night . Had to take a sleeping pill for making best out of a night at Euro 395/ night . For breakfast I went outside , since Sofitel could at ! Thanks for the sheat, whatever the reason for over occupancy of Brussels hotels during that week .

Parking facilities, although quite expensive. Location - not central but convenient, close to the European Parliament. Some of the personnel was really nice.

Love the luxurious bedroom, and the location in Place Jourdain. Really good weekend rates.

Slightly long walk into city centre. Very expensive during the week.

Relaxing environment and the staff were very helpful and professional. I will be planning to return to Brussels to stay at the Sofitel Europe again. Lovely.......

Paint peeling off bathroom walls and bathroom was for wheelchair users !

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have stayed in. All the staff were helpful & friendly. We would definately stay in a Sofitel again.

Breakfast was lovely but abit expensive and the restaurant menu needed more choice although the room service menu was more than adequate.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Luxurious clean rooms, in a great location. Hotel has own underground parking (which is great in Brussels) for 15 Euro a night. Situated on a busy square, with some great restaurants in walking distance - had breakfast at a wonderful little patisserie!

Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. Wall between bathroom shower and bedroom is frosted/muted glass - not great for a grandmother sharing a room with her pre-teen nephew!

- Stylish lobby, pretty rooms - very courteous and helpful staff - complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea in the room - complimentary child's bed already set up in the room before our arrival - complimentary wifi, although the free wifi was slow and it went through ibahn proxying, which required 'renewal' every 24 hours. - very good coffee from the machine, and a mini fridge for us to store milk and small snacks.

- Local calls cost 2 Euros per minute and the cost was not displayed anywhere in the room. - the pillows were way too thick, causing neck issues. - there was a feather bed on the mattress. if you have allergies like i do, then call ahead to make sure they put you in a feather-free room.

Nice Location.

The room was very convenient, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, the concierge was most helpful, the coffee in the room was excellent, the wifi was reliable.

I found the rooms a little dark when the lights were on.

Great stay, very luxurious, extremely comfy beds and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

I pity the chef. The location is surrounded by many good restaurants of all types. It is very central and at the same time has local atmosphere.

I can only afford it on budget days!

Great staff and beautiful rooms. We had the junior suite on the top floor which looked out over the square. It was huge especially in Europe. It was big by American standards. It also had access to a public terrace on the same floor, which was great in the evening to hang out and even have them bring us dinner. The staff was extremely accommodating with everything and there's lots of great cafes nearby.

It was about half a mile to the nearest metro station. Not terrible, but it would have been nice to be a bit closer after a long day.
