Location, free parking, courteous friendly staff and overall ambiance of the hotel. Poor value for money as the beds were uncomfortable and saggy, limited choices at breakfast compared with many other Belgian hotels we have stayed at. Overall with a better bed and breakfast this would have been an excellent choice. |

Goed ontbijt. Groot en warm (30°) zwembad, wel veel bruine kalk rond roosters (onderhoud?). Goede ligging. Aangename sfeer. Propere kamers, bedden en douche wel nogal sterk verouderd. Personeel vriendelijk, maar soms iets te familiair: vragen nog soep en bij ontkenning soeppot wegnemen terwijl men nog soep aan het eten is lijkt me toch not done. Aangename wellnes en massage. Infraroodkabine eerst laten opwarmen aub, van de dertig minuten was alleen het laatste kwartier echt aangenaam. Restaurant en Wellnes gesloten op dinsdagen buiten de vakantie. Herfstvakantie bleek niet als vakantie te tellen. Afgesproken arrangement voor dinsdag kon niet doorgaan, werd niet op voorhand medegedeeld, integendeel antwoord was:"alles OK". Geschenk na cupido-arrangement nooit gekregen.Een fles van 0,37 liter wijn is geen 1/2 liter! Label fietsvriendelijk niet terecht. Fietsen moesten gewoon buiten in een rek staan zonder afdak, terwijl er toch verschillende garagepoorten waren. Wellnes niet echt privé daarom gasten aanraden lichte badkledij te dragen een beetje belachelijk. |

L'hotel est géré par une famille avec qqs aspects charmants: délicieuses confitures "maison" au petit déjeuner, présence et accueil "familial"..Personnel gentil et parfaitement bilingue fr/nl. Agrément d'une grande piscine, accessible gratuitement pour les clients de l'hotel. Equipement un peu rudimentaire de la chambre: pas de tables de nuit, tv minuscule loin du lit, donc pas très facile à regarder, sinon même "illisible", douche à rénover, décoration de la chambre et revêtement de sol de la chambre (vinyl) à améliorer pour correspondre à un hotel qui annonce 3 étoiles, idem pour la décoration des locaux communs (salle à manger, salon). |

DieHilfsbereitschaft ist OK, leider ist nicht das ganze Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, ( Ei, Wurst, Käse, und mehrere Brötchen ) Unser Badezimmer war schon ein bisschen veraltet und Duschdüse teilweise verstopft. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört schon das Zuziehen einer Gardine im Nebenzimmer. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowie deren Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft und deren Bemühen, die Gäste in ihrer jeweiligen Sprache anzusprechen. Es ist sehr sauber. Der Pool super. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und leckeres Speisenangebot im Restaurant. Bis zum Strand sind es ca 150 Meter. Trotz Lage an einer Verkehrsstraße, kein störender Lärm. Zu weiche Matratzen. |

Le réservation par internet ne permets pas de connaître toutes les chambres qui pourraient être disponibles pour avoir un autre confort..Nous avons eu une très petite chambre de même pour la salle de douche.Alors qu'il exciste des chambres plus confortable pour le même prix |
