Closeness to the Eurostar Station. The room was nice and clean and had Air Conditioning. There was a fun fair outside the window and you couldn't get to sleep till 1am as even though there was Double Glazing the music was loud enough to hear. |

This hotel had simple clean accommodation. It sufficed my needs for its reasonable price. The location was also good, only minutes from the main train station and walking distance to the main square. 1 hotel staff was also very helpful and informative. |

Great location, very clean, helpful staff. Noisy at night, but only because there was a temporary fair located just outside the hotel. Noise shouldn't be a problem otherwise. |

Hotel and staff are a disaster. I indicated upon booking very clearly I would arrive 23.00 pm. Booking was non refundable. When I arrived, outright arrogant staff said that I should have shown up at 18:00 since after that time they would give away booked rooms to others. They did not have a room, and were unwilling to help me finding one in another hotel. Staff was even threatening me to leave |

Good value, modern interior, wireless internet, friendly staff, surprisingly spacious, quiet against outside noise, good location (5 min. walk from international train station, 10 min. walk from central square, next to rental bike dispenser) Steep stairs + no elevator, breakfast closed 10am sharp (without telling me at checkin), minor room issues (some dirt on the floor in the corners, curtain partially torn), slightly noisy inside (due to staircase without carpets next to the room door, but stopped at night and didn't disturb me sleeping) |
