manager and wife were very helpfull and polite. airport transfers were excellant however the hotel was a bit further away from airport than quoted, this was explained to me as because the airport was a rebuild from the old airport location recently. i did suggest perhaps some refreshment in the evening might be provided. a drink dispensing unit perhaps in the lobby. |

Very nice staff, welcoming and helpful. Good service for good money. Didn't try brekfast, but must be very good. NB it will be more expensive to eat in the airport! The beds are not extremely comfortable. |

The owner is very helpful and friendly. Free parking and shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms. Good hotel when you need a room for one night to get to the Brussels Charleroi airport early in the morning. |

It is a very clean place, nice area, very quiet (except the cars on the street, but you hardly hear this sounds on the room). Let's say you have to walk around 1km from the bus station and you have to go 200m to restaurant (very good, by the way) |

Hotel owner very nice guy. Informs you of all facilities nearby ( cheap french restaurant 80m away, convenience store 20m away). Breakfast was good value. Rooms, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The parking and shuttle service to and from the airport was very well organised and quick, cheaper for a night in the hotel with parking than parking at the airport. Also the noisy Ryanair staff dont stay here...got to be a plus!! |

Hospitality was excellent. Comfort of rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Very good value for money. Nothing, only very small observation - no hairdryer. |

The owner was pleasant and helpful. He delayed conducting his own business with me to ensure I got a meal before the restaurant nearby closed at just after 9pm. He was pleasant and efficient in providing a shuttle to the airport at 5am. |

the towels were nice quality, the magazines were clean and up to date, the staff were polite and helpful if asked questions. The fact that there was no shuttle bus to the airport and no information about the area or information on resturants to eat close to the hotel |

I called the hotel to pick me up at the airport and after 15 min, they came - very efficient. Yes, 2 things: I chose this hotel because in your webiste is written that the hotel is only 1.3 km far from the airport (I was thinking to go on foot to the hotel) - and this is not true anymore, since the entrance to the airport has changed over 1 year!!! Therefore I would suggest to correct this information in your website. |

Prompt pick up and good shuttle service. Very helpful gent running the show.Beware local resteraunts, all 5 shut on Mondays, so depend on shuttle to local area, takes you to a reasonable Italian place. |
