Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean with an average standard but you get a lot for a small price.

Nothing, we left immediately after viewing the room Room was dirty and cramped. Construction was occurring right outside our window without any previous mention. Stairs were rickety, the whole place felt unsafe.

It was an overpriced (75 euro) 1-2 star hotel near the train station (which is why I stayed there). At first, I thought there was no soap only to realize later that there was a used bar of soap in the shower. That means the room had not been cleaned. The internet was spotty. The neighborhood is pretty shaky at night. There are better options not far from this neighborhood.

I came late at 2 in the morning and the guy opened up right away and was very friendly and got me to my room immediately. outside was a little bit noisy and the area is a little questionable. i didn't try the five euro breakfast. i like the area because it is very close to the Garu Midi train station and very close to a lot of moroccon and other restaurants that are delicious. the TV had lots of channels, but only a few english stations. there is parking right across the street and somehow it's free. no one bothered my car all night. i also like the checkout time is 1200 so i could sleep in. It was noisy outside all night. i was exhausted, so i slept anyway.

It's good hotel, very close to the railway station - Midi, also it's 15 minutes walk from the center of the city. Clean room, friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the Arabic area and there was a lot of Arabic people drinking tea with mint in the evening. On Rue du Midi street there is a fantastic coffee, fresh juices, free wi-fi in the Coffee Company (the same side as the hotel, but almost in the center)! I advise everybody to visit this place! It was noisy at night because of the cars (our window faces the big street). There was not Wi-Fi in our room but it's allowed to use it in the hotel bar.

We had a huge room (room 201) with double bed, big bathroom (shower in bath) and "dressing" room between room and bathroom. Big windows that looked out onto avenue stalingrad. Nice, sunny room with relaxing chair and footrest. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF. ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES WALK FROM CENTRE BRUSSELS AND 5-10 MINUTES WALK FROM BRUSSELS MIDI STATION. VERY CONVENIENT FOR US AS WE WERE TRAVELLING BY TRAIN TO CHARLEROI AIRPORT. No lift but the guy at reception carried our baggage up to our room!

Location is superb. Not far from train station, not far from sightseeings, close to everything - location is great. The hotel description states that there is a free parking nearby, however parking is operated by some people of undefined origin, who require money for parking (I think you will find a flat tire or scratches if you do not pay). Breakfast is nothing but a croissant with a coffee. Bedsheet had holes, but was clean enough. In general, when you sign up for a hotel which has rooms without bathroom - you know what to expect. You get exactly what you are expecting.

The localization is near South Station of Brussels and near fast foods. I didn't like the very economic breakfast(mainly a very small orange juice) and a long stair that gives you access to all rooms of the hotel.

**** Very practical location, 7 minutes walking from Midi Station and 50 mts from Metro. Excellent room for the price level - no problems (as reported by others) with noise from the street because room was fitted with insulation windows. Good WiFi signal (2nd floor). Restaurants and 24-hour-shops nearby. Regardless other critical comments about place and surrounding - it is a good choice for budget accommodation in Brussels. **** Receptionist staff was somehow "doing the job without bothering very much" - if you look for super-friendly personal attention this is not your place. But it is only a detail that does not affect at all the stay at the hotel as such. Be aware - the hotel has 4 floors and NO lift: if you get a room on the 4th floor and have a lot of luggage, "have fun" :-)
