Handy for the station. Friendly and helpful reception. Comfortable bed.
Nothing to do with the hotel but the general area around there is a little run down and not very salubrious - that said I didn't feel uncomfortable.
A bit of a run down, tired place. Almost felt like a youth hostel. Nevertheless it was cheap and close to the station which is what I needed.
the price is fine , location is cool : very close to the centre. In the area is possible to find lot of fine Maroccan restaurant. .Well isolated
The Hotel is located on a really busy main road. The windows are very well isolated but if you open the windows the noise ll be pretty loud
Metro stop right around the corner. Midi station is one stop down on the metro or a short 8 minute walk. Check in was quick and they held my bag for free after I checked out.
No lift so had a nice hike up 4 flights of stairs
The room was large and the shower was quite nice. Because the community around the hotel seemed predominantly Arabic, the tea and the food was amazing.
The staff at the front desk were a little unhelpful. The reception was small and the stairs were steep with awful lights. Wouldn't give us the wifi password right away and didn't explain why we had to leave the key at reception. Area seems to be pretty focused on an Arabic community.
Friendly helpful staff, clean room, short walking distance to city centre, good middle eastern restaurants nearby, good value for money.
Some traffic noise (but only typical for a city location).
No lifts Rooms smelly No bath gel just soap Water tap in the shower is switched, so use cold for hot
good sound proof windows since it was quiet in the room even with a fairground right outside by our window.
The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect if you need to be really close to the train station or the city centre. The room was clean and the staff was willing to meet all my needs.
It was very hot in the room. It was also noisy because of the traffic outside. The WiFi stopped working after one day and I didn't get to see it fixed.
Room and bathroom were large and very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. Check in staff were very helpful. Very close to midi station and not too far from city centre.
Breakfast was nice but a little overpriced at €5 for what was an offer (breads with OJ and coffee/tea). Street outside is quite noisy as it's right beside the train station. The reception is quite small and poky and the stairs rather steep with automatic lights - would not be suitable for someone with decreased mobility.
The staff were helpful and friendly
The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable
Too hot weather so needed window open. Carnival and protesters outside
It is near the city centre
There are too many stairs...
clean room, good Wi-Fi, nice location near Midi station.
breakfast not so special
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than I expected and facilities were basic but ok.
No elevator so not handy if you have a lot of luggage. For wifi, one user name and password can only be used for one person. I guess you can ask for more users names if more people need it. A bit noisy.
Excellent location, nice room, clean, wifi, friendly staff.
Trouble with the reservation (from their side), No hot water on arrival (problem was fixed though), One of the receptionists didn't speak English.
Pleasant and helpful reception. Room basic but clean.
Room was oppressively hot. You could open the windows but then let in all the traffic noise and the noise associated with an active local community that didn't seem to go to bed!!
It's really close to the main train station. You can get there walking
The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy and the staff is not very nice.
I don't like anything about the hotel
no lift and the hotel was polluted by smokers.
Location which is near to Train Station. Value for money.
within walking distance to midi station
Main concern was safety of stairs an exit, rickety staircase and auto lights only triggered upstairs when foot near the highest rung . also 2nd floor emergency exit was locked , dangerous in case of fire.
Not too far from center
Streets around the hotel not very clean
For the price you pay staying in Bruxelles for one night the accomodarion in Satalingrad hotel is quite allright. The staff is understanding, rooms were reasonably clean and internet connection worked perfectly.
Hotel might not be suitable for elder persons, since there is no allawator and the steps are guite steep. I do not know on "belgium" standards, but the breakfast was inssuficient.
Location is great. Room is clean bed comfy. Breakfast simple and cheap. Great staff. Many thanks
No lift to upper floors
