The staff was extremely helpful. They recognised when the hotel had made some mistakes (mistakes do happen everywhere, don t they) and there was no problem in fixing them. Otherwise I also liked my room and bathroom. The blankets were too small. I don t know whether they were meant as couettes (like bags to go into), but I would certainly not have entered into an evelope to sleep. Happily, I am not of the biggest size, I wonder, what do the others do. And some water was coming in from the bath when somebody from some other room. This water seemed dirty and it was disgusting. I cleaned the bathtub after that in order to take my bath. I think when recognised, such a thing might be easily fixed by the hotel. |

The hotel had a nice lobby and helpful staff. Guven its rating and cost the room we had must have been the worst in the hotel. It was a smal garret on the 5th floor with barely enough space for the two of us. The carpet and furnishings were quite worn and not worthy of the establishments cost or reputation as described on its website. Also, the cost for internet service was exorbitant. |

Everything. Starting with the staff, very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive, and ending with the beautiful design of each room, the services provided by this hotel are worth every penny. The only issue that shadowed our stay was a heating problem during the first night which actually proved wny the hotel has 5 stars. The personnel was right on top of the situation and the care and assistance provided in this case was beyond any reproach. |

The design of the hotel and rooms, the resturant, the size of the room. The price for the internet. The fact I had 2 seperate beds and not one king size eventhough I asked for one. |

It was very convenient for central Brussels whilst being in a quiet road. Breakfast outside in a charming courtyard was a September bonus. |

Discreet luxury throughout. Excellent discounted rate (circa £100 per night for double rooom). 1.Slightly sterile location and some way from Grand Place for tourists. 2. In first floor room and both mornings experienced some early noise from below. Reported on departure. |

The location of the Stanhope was very convenient for me I think that the charge for breakfast (25 euro's) is much over the limit. There is no justification for this price. |

For this category of hotel, the bathrooms could be slightly better appointed and the internet conneciton fee is a bit of a rip-off in this day and age |

As Thon member the internet is free. Unfortunately the modem was downstairs in the room and the bed upstairs why only wireless connection would work in bed. Although, calling the reception desk the arrange so tha I got free wireless as well and could work from bed. The AC was not really dimensioned to cope with the two floors in the room, why the it was warmer upstairs during sleeping. |

Very nice hotel in a good, quite location close to city centre. Nothing to do with the hotel, but my car was broken into during the night, whereas the car was parked right in front of the hotel entrance. Thus, I would recommend to use the hotel garage for parking, given the notorious crime situation in BXL.. |

very quiet and located at walking distance from the Parliament. Staff very professional and helpful, 24 hours room service. Nowadays internet is free of charge in most hotels but not here and is very expensive. Also there is no coffee/tea in the room. |
