Great location, polite helpful staff, nice room

My one complaint was that we had a room with a bath, no shower cubicle. However I wasn't sufficiently annoyed to check if rooms with proper shower facilities were available, so not a serious complaint really.

It was quiet, within walking distance of the city centre and the staff were genuinely helpful. Breakfast was delightful and represented excellent value at only 14 euro.

The hotel could do with a lick of paint or a very thorough clean; it had a slightly tired feel about it which is a shame.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly, and made an effort to be understood despite the language barrier. Parking was private and very secure. The babycot was waiting for us when we got there and was set up very nicely for my son. He slept great. I think it was in a great location for visiting Mons, though we were just staying there en route to Paris.

The room we were in faced a street, so it was a bit noisy. The room was a little cold - that probably could have been remedied had I made an effort to do so. I didn't realize it was cold until after we were all in bed. The trash cans were tiny - only a problem with diapers. My son (18 months) didn't like the shower, but it worked out.

central location, pleasant building and furnishings, very pleasant breakfast and staff

lack of internet access, request for extra pillow - had to carry same! Lift out of order. ridiculous lighting system on stairs, inadequate lights in otherwise pleasant bathroom

The personnel always friendly,the room always clean,perfect room,and it is unique that you can park without any special charge.
