Room was clean with enough space for 3 persons. Staff was really friendly and helpful; breakfast in the Sunday morning was served with really fresh bread and pastries with great variety of other offer I saw only in greater hotels. We had a nice view from our room to the port. |

De vriendelijkheid en correctheid van het personeel, alsook het eten. De ligging aan het mercatordok is ook heel tof. Het hotel was ook netjes en verzorgd, en gezellig. We kregen ook een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en alle nodige informatie. Ik zou ook zeker mensen aanraden er eens langs te gaan om een hapje te eten of drinken; maar op basis van onze nacht zeker niet om er te overnachten. De kamers zijn zeer dringend aan vernieuwing toe, en airco zou een enorme verbetering zijn. Onze nacht was gewoonweg onhoudbaar en oncomfortabel door de laffe warmte; bij openen van het raam verbeterde dat niets aan de temperatuur en we werden door hevig lawaai (vuilnis, drankenlevering, ophalen/neerlaten brug,...) al om 5u gewekt. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar; en zeker niet om meerdere nachten na mekaar te doen wegens slapeloos. Misschien dat het lag aan de kamer (14) en beschikken andere kamers wel over toch wel onontbeerlijk comfort zoals airconditioning. |

Nous avons fortement apprécié l'accueil, la propreté et le mobilier de l'hôtel. Celui-ci se trouve à proximité de la gare et d'une rue fortement fréquentée mais la fenêtre est faite de deux vitres séparée par un grand vide d'air ce qui limite très fortement les bruits extérieur. Ayant séjourné 4 jours de grosses chaleurs, il faisait un peu chaud pour dormir, heureusement qu'il y a un gros ventilateur à télécommande dans la chambre. |

het hotel is centraal gelegen kort bij de stadskern en station .goed ingericht en verzorgd . Het eten is goed ( prijs-kwaliteit ) de warmte op de kamer en bij het openen van de venster veel lawaai |

das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und das Hotel ist zentral gelegen Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet, die Straßengeräusche sind extrem laut im Zimmer zu hören, Samstagsmorgens wird man von der Schleusel gegenüber geweckt mit einem schrillen Klingen......... |
