The hotel was one of the cheapest I found in Brussels and Ixelles is a lively area. The hotel is not luxurious but was clean, staff were fine and breakfast was ok. All round good for what I wanted

I've chosen it because of price (40 euros), which was quite reasonable. The room was clean, hotel staff friendly. A typical cheap b&b hotel with a small room and a tiny bathroom. It was good enough for one night I had to find accommodation in Brussels. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was making terrible noise (it switched on when I put the light in the bathroom on).

The Suh hotel made our day after a rough day trying to get to Brussels. The staff, its proximity to the city, our clean and neat room and the way we were hosted were some of the good points this hotel has. In addition to it, breakfast was awesome, thanks!!!!! It will be our hotel every time we go back to brussels

Really nice staff working there - at reception they answered on all my questions. There was little icily (no heating), but when I got to bed than it was much better. For me it was far (30 min by walk) to get to place where I had my meeting. Little strange neighborhood, but that time it was safe - thanks God.

Only the staff. They were all very polite and avalaible. The price was extremely expensive for the cheap service offered! The room was cold, stinky(a strange smell of sewer), the tv didn't work, there was only one plug in the entire room, no hairdryer no comfort etc....too expensive 70€ for this horrible service especially if we take into account that it's Brussels, where the hotel are not that expensive.

Just fine - nothing special. They say you don't have to reserve a parking spot - but in fact they only have three and when I arrived they were all taken.

Excellent hotel for the price: clean, good wi-fi, helpful staff if you ask something. It's right next to Namur Metro and shopping area of Ixelles -Wavre, and 5-10 min. To Place Lux. -European area. For this price range you could not expect more about the space or business facilities. For these you have to pay double in the eu area. The street isn't very wellcoming, but very safe, no suspicious people for 4 consecutive nights.

Good location and price. Standard service. No need to buy breakfast. Rooms more spacious than one would think. Good value for money. Awkward parking (but possible, in the end). Seems a little run down, but everything is clean and everything works.

Close to the center, attractive price. Nice and helpfull service. Breakfest not included in proce - you can ask for it, but for an extra 5 EUR (what you get is not as much as you might expect to have for breakfest). Nevertheless, it's just a minor issue, and other things was just fine.

Location: close to eu buildings, good restaurants nearby, metro stop near. Heating was on full blast when I arrived; the room was very hot. Strong smell of cigarettes. Was too expensive (but then others paid less; I had to book at the last minute).

The location was good for my purposes and the free internet was a plus. The room was very recently renovated and thus up-to-date. The single room was small. The waste water pipe in the bathroom sink did not have an U piece which means that the smell of sewage was dominant in the bathroom. It is useful to look up the user manual of the URC22B remote controller from the internet (use code 026) because the other receptionist did not know that there might be a problem with the device. Despite of these problems I would go to the hotel again if I pay the stay by myself.

The hotel is obviously very recently been renovated. Everything was freshly painted and installed. New sheets and bedding. New shower and bathroom. Very clean and fresh rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and tried the lift on the first visit which promptly got stuck about 3 inches of the ground floor. It took someoone from one of the rooms on the first floor to alert the staff as they obvisouly were not taking any notice of the lift alarm.
