good location, poor interior, lack of space in the room and run-down room facilities did not suprise me for this price; but as I choose this hotel for its location/price/free internet, it was a dissapointment that internet conection was in "on - off" mode, (despite a good signal strength) making communication practically impossible. Stuff was not able (or willing) to recognize the problem. |

The staff is ok, but they cannot maybe not account for extremely poor facilities. Appauling facilities. Windows not operable, dampness, flooding from toilets etc. |

The location between Avenue Louise and Chaussee Ixelles was perfect for our trip. The breakfast was good, and there were lots of everything. The room was small, but there was everything we needed, and the bathroom, with shower, was well functioning. |

The staff were helpful and multi-lingual. The location is OK, on a back street, close to a metro stop and close to shops but there is building work on the street. It is an area that is improving and more parking will ultimately be available. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is cheap, cheerful and clean. It is adequate for a short stay but not luxurious. The hotel is a little above budget. There is no parking with the hotel and private car parks in the area are either expensive or a little trek away. There is some on street parking a little trek away. If you stop to unload outside the hotel you will be blocking the narrow street. The room we had was very cramped and the en-suite bathroom was tiny. I had to sit on the loo seat to be able to shave. Even then, a glass shelf immediately above the tiny sink made anything other than washing your hands very difficult. The shower base was clearly damaged, flexing significantly every time you moved your feet. It isn't leaking yet but will surely do so as soon as someone heavy stands on it. I have previously stayed in a much better room at this hotel |

It was very close to the European institutions, 15 minutes walking distance, and free wifi was also good. The room is extremely small, there is only place for the bed. |

basic but good value for money, friendly staff, central location, excellent breakfast, free wireless internet, comfortable bed room (fourth floor) hardly bigger than the double bed, no wardrobe/ space to hang coat/cloths. street the hotel is on is off the main road and may be somewhat scary at night: dark, deserted, construction sites. |

location (was close to my meeting place) very poor standard! extremely small common toilett in the floor, with no possibility to wash your hands. Opening / closing of the room door was very difficult. When you washed hands in the extremely small basin the waste water came up in the shower. |

I liked the location. If you are lucky, you get one of the rooms up to 3rd floor (these are ok). 4th floor does not worth the money. I did not liked the room. No place for clothes or shoes, just a bed and 20cm around space to move your feet. Bathroom door was hanging. The roome from the last floors are like that, as I noticed that at lower floors the situation was completely different. |

I needed a cheap hotel for staying overnigt after a long meeting day. It satisfied me because it's location and price. An unnecessarily large bed in a tiny room, which took all the space so that it was difficult to reach the window. |

The room was big and clean and appeared newly decorated and furnished. Bathroom was newly fitted out. Breakfast was good: cereal, a roll, a chocolate croissant, a plain croissant, cheese, sausage slices, a selection of jam and spreads + coffee & juice all for 5 Euros. About 25 min walk from the EU parliament & commission district, just off a busy shopping street. Free wireless No outside access on 'phone, as far as I can tell. The street the hotel is in isn't very nice - dark and dingy - but there is a lot of building going on so this may change. |
