Helpful staff, convenient location near downtown, comfortable accomodations and a very reasonable breakfast. I've been before, and will be back again. Currently, there is limited parking available due to construction. |

We asked for two single beds and were not informed in advance that we would have to share a double bed (we were two colleagues on a business trip)The room was tiny and there was hardly room to walk around the bed. |

The room was big and clean and appeared newly decorated and furnished. Bathroom was newly fitted out. Breakfast was good: cereal, a roll, a chocolate croissant, a plain croissant, cheese, sausage slices, a selection of jam and spreads + coffee & juice all for 5 Euros. About 25 min walk from the EU parliament & commission district, just off a busy shopping street. Free wireless No outside access on 'phone, as far as I can tell. The street the hotel is in isn't very nice - dark and dingy - but there is a lot of building going on so this may change. |

This was as bad a hotel as I have ever stayed in. For backpackers only! I tried two rooms both were terrible, I thought that places like this didn't exist in a european city these days. |

The location was good - not very easy to find, but easy to reach from the city centre. Bathroom very cramped - seemed poorly laid out. It was also not very 'fresh'. |

Perfect location for access to metro and overground transport. Good breakfast choice available. Quiet location Smell of fuel coming form basement area (?? garage) into foyer and corridor. Slow response on lighting of low energy bulb in bathroom. |

My room was small but offered me a good night sleep, lots of TV channels, free WLAN, rather recently renovated bathroom and a convinient location for my purposes. Knowing everything I would choose the same hotel for the same journey. In a November night the street by which the hotel resides could be somewhat scary. |

Convenient location a short walk from the city centre and 5 mins from the metro. Only about 3 stops to the Midi station (for Eurostar) Nowhere comfortable to sit. |
