Staff, localization and breakfast (for 5€ it very complete).
Bedroom a bit tiny: perfect for a few days (like weekend as it was my case) but it doesn't have wardrobe so for longer period it's not easy to manage.
Room was old worn down trashed bathroom small and flooded easily administration looked unpleasant
Hot shower and warm room. Very close to central
Wifi didnt work on last day
Cleana has all the basics. Hospitality of the staff. But if you care about luxury and status symbols - not for you.
Small room and facilities.
- excellent location, very close to all kinds of transports - rooms are maintained daily
I went for a business trip planned for 2 weeks, but work finished for 1 week and I didn't get any refund, even though the same room was advertised in the same day I left. The internet was not constantly on, I had hard time with that as I had to work at the hotel room.
Free wifi, quality beds.
Small bathroom with no door!! only wooden curtain, you can hear and see everything through. The stairs smelled of piss and cigarettes.
the people where really kind location was OK
the room-door cant be locked properly the room was smelling the bathroom was far too small i could hear ALL voices from the other rooms the bed was too hard if you seek for a cheap room, without any comfort, than it is the right decision to book here. but for 100 bugs more you can get a room close by with more comfort
Exellent value for money, clean, good breakfeast
Small room and small bathroom
Cleanliness is poor and my bed is uncomfortable.
Excellent wifi, very swift. Although room is small but it's clean. The rate is cheap and it's really a bargain for having this condition
Everything was ok.except for that the room was cold when we first entered because the heating was not turned on before but it's ok since it's getting warm very fast after you turned on the heating
Excellent value for the price paid. In a quiet street off one of the main shopping streets in the area with many restaurants and pubs. For my work the location was close to optimal.
Their pillows were very unique, extremely hard and probably intended to be ergonomic. However, if you are not used to them, they are extremely uncomfortable.
Private bathroom, good shower, fast Internet, great location
Quite noisy (can hear everyone in hallway and some rooms), slight smell, very small wouldn't recommend for people who spend a lot of time there
Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good value, hotel was warm in cold and windy weather.
Very little space to move in room.
Staff at the front desk was very helpful.
Rooms are small enough that it's a bit hard to get around. Most primitive elevator I've seen in a long time.
there was no stopper. nor grill, and obviously things went down - soap etc and it choked and kept bubbling up when cleaning teeth. unable to wash face etc in it. did report it but still like that on day i left. was told it was the weekend. totally unsatisfactory.
Nice and friendly staff, clean facilities. Although my room was very small, it had a very good bed and a clean bathroom; it think it is great just to spend the night. No problems with Wi-Fi, worked very well. Good breakfast and great ratio price/location, at 10 minutos from Av. Louise. Ideal hotel for those who want to visit Brussels at fair rates, and will be out of the room for most of the time.
Clean room. Good shower. Nice breakfeast. Cant complain
Woman in restaurant speaks only french yet very friendly.breakfast is ok for 5euros.staff is friendly.
Helpful and kind staff, very clean room, excellent location and good breakfast. Highly recommended.
Small room, thin walls.
I only spent one night, the room was clean, comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. It is closed to the center.
The tv doesn't work very well. The internet is not very fast (Not good for streaming), but it works and it is possible to check the mail and the normal things
Location Price Breakfast
Bedbugs Filthy carpet with bedbugs Bed with bedbugs
Comfortable bed, quiet room where I slept well, adequate shower. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, a slightly longer walk (about 2.2km) to the European Parliament.
Nothing - great value.
+ clean towels and room cleaning every day! (didn't expect that for this money) + good location (very close to metro) + nice restaurants with good food near + elevator
- awful acoustics (you can hear EVERYTHING from the above and opposite rooms, which can be disturbing in the middle of the night or early in the morning)
Location is good, staff are friendly.
The beds were so tiny and uncomfortable, so my friend and I couldn't move while sleeping. I am really thin though .... and the heater in the room didn't work for 2 days we asked the staff , they said we need to wait for 1h 30min still didn't work. the last we stayed there finally it worked. My friend she already had a cold. and the water wan't warm enough to have a shower. the staff told me .. guests share one heater and water tank so if some body used the warm water before us we need to wait for the water to be heated. well I don't think it's a good idea to stay there in winter. one more. there is absolutely no soundproof. I could hear everything from up , down and next rooms.
Not far from shops and restaurants (good location) Clean room and nice breakfast (cheap)
No parking space
