Absolutely everything. The staff were great and very thorough, the facilities were excellent and the breakfast was fantastic.

The breakfast ends at 10am on a Sunday morning.

Poor hitting,water pipe didn't provide enough hot water

Excellent value for money - villa's are basic but contained everything we needed. We didn't use the park itself just the villa but have considered returning to use the facilities of the park too next time.

The walk from the houses to the car park

Bungalo was cosy. It is a nice place to stay over a weekend.

It was a little bit cold inside the bungalo since heaters worked at certain times only during the day. We were obliged to buy wood to put in the fire place because if not, it would be too cold.

Easy to book and to use. The fun bath is great.

The house smelled of smoke. It was otherwise clean though. The supermarket has communist working hours and closes at 6 - not too convenient for people on holiday. At 8 in the morning the fruit and veg stall in the same market looked communist too - it was empty.

Room is large and comfortable.

My room did not have lake view! It could be.

Heerlijk weekend gehad. 2 dagen ontspannen met de kinderen. Zwembad was dik in orde.

Parking! It was said you could park near the hotel, when in fact you have to place your car on a parking which was a 10 minute walk away from my room! Not recommended when you're in a hurry in the morning ...

Very affordable, has a variety of activities for children and is located a short drive from Antwerp

Villa contained relatively dated furnishing

All in all it's like staying in a Haven holiday park but better. The accommodation is brick rather than caravn/mobile home. All the buildings are situated so as not to look over one another giving you more privacy. The facilities especially the pool were exelent. Food on site was a little expensive but there is a big supermarket 5 km down the road and many restaurants close by giving good value for money. There is also good theme parks near by and buying your tickets on the park will give you discount and fast track into the theme parks saving queuing. In The summer school holidays at the likes of Haven I have paid over £1100 for a week plus fuel, here I paid less than half including ferry and fuel. In short try it and you like us will go again.

I stayed with my girlfriend for the Graspop Metal Meeting last month, and we had a great time. The cottage we stayed was very cosy, with a fully equiped kitchen, a private garden with a table for a picnic, two bedrooms, a fireplace, just perfect!! The breakfast they offer has a great variety, awesome! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, speaking English with no problem. I wish I had more time there...

To say there was something that could be better, I think there should be some bus stop nearby. There seems to be a place more for people with a car, easy to find, easy to park. However, if you depending on public transportation, you will have to spend a lot with a taxi from the train station. Apart from that, the place is marvelous!

I was not happy to find I could not leave my car in the hotel car park! On all my previous stays this had been no problem.

The staff were very bad. You had to walk miles to and from your car in bad weather. Even though there is a close car park, you must not use it. But one a 30 minute walk. They try to make it hard for you to leave or get to your car so you must stay on site!

Breakfast

Nothing. Food was poor and over priced. It took 15 mins to check in. I had to walk to Nother building from check in. The reception in the hotel building was not manned. Overall very diss appointing. Far lower standard that I am used to getting from booking.com

Frühstückszeit zu spät (erst ab 8 Uhr 30 Sonntag + Pfingstmontag), so dass wir es am Montag nicht mehr einnehmen konnten (Abreise 7:45).
