Family-friendly environment Our room had a fishy smell. We just dealt with it, but maybe should have asked for a different room. Also, we had 3 families together and requested houses close together. We were further than what we would have liked.

Great for kids with a smashing pool, the result is very clean and safe. The indoor play area was superb and kept the kids amused for hours The food was a bit pricey

Searched for what I thought to be a 3 bed property and on arrival found was 2 bed with sleeping platform over kitchen. Booking was a mess, despite booking for Oostduinkerke, booking.com had booked us into another park 2.5 hours away, somewhat stressful for us on arrival. We had to wait whist the receptionist, who looked very worried, made calls to booking.com.

You can use the leisure pool (which is nice and warm) before checking in and after checking out. The staff at reception really friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor play area. Loungers by the pool occupied by towels with no room for people. Check out at 10:00 is too early, one hour later would have been perfect. Limited sport facilities - just one tennis table, tennis court and squash court for the whole park.

Have stayed at sunparks in Belgium many times in the past when the children were growing up. Now the grandchildren have arrived we want them to enjoy the facilities as much as we did. Excellent place and such good value for money. Will definitely be returning Everything was fab

Decent location and great facilities on the property especially for the kids. The houses are a bit shabby, the parking lot is a considerable distance from some of the houses, the property is pretty far from the beach.

Les fuites d'eau dans les wc et sur le flexible de la douche constatées à notre arrivée ont été prises en charge quasiment dans la demie heure suivant la réclamation. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé. Le manque d'animation, le choix restreint de restauration. Les loisirs sont excessifs au niveau tarif.

Vies huisje, mieren liepen over de tafel. Slechte bedden. Slecht onderhouden. Slechte voorzieningen mbt eten pas vanaf 18:00 met een kind dat honger heeft. Alleen buffet geen ala cart. Ontbijt pas vanaf 8:30 wederom geen ala cart mogelijkheden.

Présence d'une piscine Ménage pas fait dans le cottage (cheveux dans la baignoire et lavabo, détritus sous la table basse...), odeur forte de renfermé, porte vitrée donné sur l'extérieur ne fermant pas, très mauvais insonorisation (bruit en continu de la voie rapide)...

-Mini-golf -Aquapark -Eten -Personeel -Assortiment supermarkt ok -Overdekt speeldorp voor de kinderen - Inrichting vakantiehuisje. Blijven stilstaan in de tijd en daardoor ouderwets(bvb. zetel, tv, badkamer... Gevolg: niet aangenaam om veel tijd in door te brengen -Algemene indruk van het park: alles ligt er vrij verwaarloosd bij. Je ziet dat er de laatste jaren weinig geïnvesteerd is. Niet leuk om in rond te lopen
