The room was very spacious, the breakfast was good, and the morning front desk employee was very friendly and helpful (he was happy to print train tickets for us). Very close to Ribaucourt metro stop. Cleanliness was not great. Rugs were very dirty looking. Used cleaning rags were left in our room on multiple occasions. Fire safety is also an issue here. The elevator seemed to be the only way out from the upper floors. We tried to take the stairs out, but the exit doors were locked. The building is on a very busy street. Our room was facing the street and we heard noise all night (sirens, car horns, etc.). Not the best neighborhood.

Good location, close to all kind of public transport including metro. Also possible to walk into the city centre in 20 min. Very big rooms, good value for money. Most staff were very friendly, but some not that good in English. The towels were changed every day, (even when we left the room late) but the dishes never done and no washing liquid in the room. No double bed in the room, despite paying extra for it. Many things, both furnitures and interior broken or on it is way - the place would need a visit from a good handy man and some care. The walls are very thin, you hear what your neighbours do. The breakfast was not that special, if you have you own kitchenette you can do it yourself better for the same amount. The wifi did not work despite several complains, could use the one from downstairs but then rather slow. Still considering the price, it is good.

very clean towels changed the next morning tasty breakfast nice staff very nice design of the room 102 or 103 (cannot remember which one was it) the value for money GREAT the neighborhood was a bit unfriendly we rented 2 apartments, in room 103 or 102 (the one that is further away from the stairs) the internet was not working at all. only two tea bags for two people for two days no spoon, no knife, no cups (just glasses: for tea too hot to hold) little amount of forks no sponge and washing liquid!

Got charged more money upon arrival. Staff forgot that my friends had already paid for their room five minutes after they paid. After paying nearly as much for a single room as my friends paid for a four bed loft, we found our room had a broken window. We were charged extra money for having two people in our room, but were still only provided amenities for one.

It was cheap, spacious, & the mini-kitchenette came in handy. The power kept going out in the bedroom & bathroom. The shower leaked all over the floor each time it was used. The phone at the front desk didn't work so they couldn't call a taxi when I needed them to. The TV didn't work & the free wifi only worked in one area of the room.

It was good value for money. Sufficiently clean, quiet, though my attick window faced the busy Leopold Boulevard. Hair dryer (though it stopped working in the middle of the process), kettle, fridge. Relatively quiet. Just a few metres from the Metro station, which is extremely convenient. Free wifi. Decent breakfast. All you can expect for the price. I would stay there again if I needed to do that on my own account. Because my room was in the attick, the bathroom was extremely cold. The bed-linen was somewhat worn out, the mattress a bit too soft, and the pillows were simply wrapped in bed sheets. The TV did not have many channels, and the ones it had were all in FR or NL.

The fact that we could come home in the evening and cook supper together, while having the space to talk and relax. I also thought the breakfast was excellent! I did think that the kitchen facilities could be improved I.E. there was no cutting knife, only one pot and one pan. We stayed for 4 days and only got one tea bag and one coffee sachet for the whole time. These could have been replaced. The experience was great, but these little differences could have made it brilliant!

The location is very good, the metro station is just 1 min from the hotel. Cheap turkish restaurant in the near. The room was silent, the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was buffet breakfast and excellent. Flexible service, nice staff. We could use the fridge of the hotel and use the kitchen because we didn't have in the room. The shower was broken, the heating was not enough for the room. The bed was broken and the water fallen from the ceiling (rain). We didn't get appartment just a small room without kitchen. The room was not cleaned we had to ask for toilett paper and later they just gave the new towels. We couldnt open the window, door handle was broken.

Huge apartment, nice decoration, not to far from centre, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is limited: if you come at 9 am chances are that food is almost finished. The kitchen has no plugs, so I had to boil the water in the bedroom.

Proximity tp metro for access to all areas in Brussels. Staff were excellent Misha saved the day for us when Belgium had a national rail strike om the day we were to travel on to Amsterdam. For a reasonable price He drove us right to our hotel in Amsterdam. Thanks Misha. Nothing However inexperienced travellers may be a bit concerned about the area but if you have been to Istanbul it makes you feel at home. There are no worries about the area at night

The surrounding of the hotel is quiet and peaceful. So I have a ideal sleep for the 3 nights. 1) The small television is out of order. You can only see some black shadow moving. So I turn off it at once. 2) The clock hanging on the wall is always showing 7:35. 3) The floor of entering the room is very slip. I almost falling down on the floor for the first time. So I must take special care when stepping on it.

The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and her 4 kids plus me and my son. The staff was always attentive and the included breakfast was perfect as we didn't have to spend the extra money on that meal. We picked up some togo food one night and at right there in the apartment. The bedrooms all lined a main street which was a little loud at night but once I finally fell asleep I slept great.

The staff were very pleasant and the room spacious. 4 single beds at 50 euros per person per night was ok but not cheap. The room was on the 6th floor. The lift goes to the 4th. The final steps to the room were rickety wooden steps. I would question any evacuation from there in an emergency. We missed breakfast and there are no local cafes or small restaurants

There was a metro station right at the corner which was convenient. The reception area was good and was kept locked. I particularly like Irzu who worked during the day. She was pleasant and most helpful giving suggestions and answering questions and I did talk to her a lot. The breakfast was excellent, with offers of eggs, meat, cheese, rolls, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, toppings, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. It was included in price of the stay, which I particularly like. I had not brought my computer, and there was a computer available in the reception area which was nice to have to look up general information. I would not suggest using it to enter personal logins or information. There were three negatives that I found. First, I am english speaking, and there were no english speaking channels on the television, except at breakfast, when there was the BBC one day and CNN the second day I was there. I was able to find a show periodically in my room that was in english, however, but it was an old rerun. Another thing is that the area in which the hotel is located had mostly men outside hanging around near the hotel, and as a solo female traveller, it made me feel uncomfortable. Thirdly, there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom and it never went away. I don't know if it was because I was on the top floor and perhaps all sewage smells were vented through the roof.

The staff was very helpfull and the location is just fantastic right in the boullevard Leopold II. There was missing a microwave in the kitchen which i think is very important to be around in a kitchen for travelers.
