The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb and there was a fixed price menu with lots of choice for residents.

The hotel was wonderful. I was traveling with 2 friends and requested we all have rooms close to each other. We had rooms looking at the Brugge Belfry and all three were in a row. We arrived from the usa about noon and the rooms were ready! We were able to unpack and take showers before starting the rest of our day. The staff extremely nice and a good breakfast. Felt very safe here.

Good location within walking distance of city center and at a reasonable price. Also within close proximity to rail road station. Very clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that we needed to be at the train station no later than 8:30AM the day we left (a Saturday). Breakfast room did not open until 7:30 and no one was at reception by 8:00 so we could check out. The receptionist arrived around 8:15 after we had tried to use the push button box outside the door. We nearly missed our train....

Over all I have to say was quite impressed with this little hotel. Very, very good value for the money. Good breakfast. I was concerned that is was on a busy square, above and surrounded by restaurants. My room was on the back side, with a cute view of the belfry in Bruges, it was very quiet. The wi-fi does not reach the rooms.

Rooms were clean and buffet breakfast was good. One of our party was taken ill on our last evening and the staff could not have been more helpful and willing. Would recommend this hotel, across the road from the bus station so very central, and would use this hotel on any future trip to Brugges.

In proximity to the train station, this hotel can't be beat. They provided ethernet computer connection for an extra 5 euros/day which worked brilliantly...better than wi-fi which is available in lobby areas. The room was adequate in size, the air conditioning worked really good, nice updated bathroom and the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are quiet and sound proof. There was a lot of construction going on outside the hotel which made it noisy when you opened the window but that is not the falt of the hotel. Since you could use air conditioning, it wasn't necessary to open the window to the noise polution.

The hotel had a great location, located on the Tzand square surrounded by restaurants and a market at the weekend. It was also walkable from all the main sites of Brugge. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough so the room was quite hot.

The rooms and breakfast area and well done and well maintained -- clean and efficient. I had a corner room on the top floor and loved the view on to the T'Zand Plaza and Fountain. The food was excellent and the coffee was great. This is a great hotel that has very poor management in the lobby area. The desk was messy, the ashtray was loaded with cigarette butts from the management. Often children from the managers would sit at the desk and if you had a question, they would go get a parent who was also working in the bar/restaurant next door. Very unprofessional... Additionally, I had to bring my netbook downstairs and sit in a noisy smoke filled bar/restaurant to hook up to their WiFi. Most of the tv stations were in French, Dutch or German. There were no sports channels to catch up on sports.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even helped me look for my engagement ring which had fallen down the decking on the roof terrace. They unscrewed several planks of wood late at night until my ring was found.

The hotel is right on the border of the historic center and you can easily walk to the main square. My room had a nice view which looked like a postcard or painting. Facilities are well kept, and the room had adequate size and huge shower area. The hotel is small so there is much quiet. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is attached to a restaurant, but the entrance is separate, yet it never disturbs you. Staff was very helpful and corteous. Wireless was free but low signals in rooms and quite slow

The location of the hotel is very convenient, both in relation to the train station as well as the major sites of Brugge. The staff were friendly and the breakfast that is included in the price of the room was very good. The single room was small but entirely adequate and had a good size bathroom. The hotel room was clean but a bit worn, e.g. marks on the wall (from luggage, etc) and worn floor. The hotel could use some minor renovations.
