Very comfortable and location was superb,breakfast was good,staff was very freindly.Overall a very nice stay.

Limited car parking and wi fi not included

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, with rooms on the channel. The room was impecable with a view on the channel. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend it to others!

The bathrooms are little. But it's okay. We loved the room.

The bathroom/toilet - it is seriously the size of an airplane toilet! It was horrible :/

The location is fantastic. We had a room overlooking the canal. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was a problem with the shower but once we reported this at the reception the problem was dealt with immediately.

Nothing, it was all good. If anything, it was "basic" but I didn't "not like" that because that's what we expected.

Right in the centre of Brugge within walking distance to everywhere. Comfortable rooms

The bathroom was a bit small so you could only fit one person in at a time but this didn't really bother us

The breakfast was wonderful and included in the price of the room. All the offerings you could want. There was a laundromat within walking distance of the hotel. A parking garage was just around the corner. It was nice to walk to all the sights in Brugge.

Convenient bed, very good breakfast, just 5 min. walk the Belfort square, 300 m walk the supermarket, hotel is on the canal. :)

Location was great and was chosen for this. The canalside Location was ideal

The shower room was small and there was no themostatic control so you had to be careful as the water was very hot

we went there for a valentines break, the rooms were clean and tidy, warm and welcoming staff, who were extreamly welcoming and very helpfull. the staff there several times went well past what i would suggest is normall standards of helpfullness, the break fast was brilliant, clean tidy and great tasting food simple done very well. the 3 minute walk form the hotel to the town centre is what we wanted, there is a car park under ground just a few hendred metres from the front door which for 12 euros per 24hours is great stuff, because it is not sign posted the receptioist gave excellent directions to it for me. due to its location driving in and out is extreamly simple to do. deffinatly a hotle i would use again and recommend, in fact we are planing on going back there in april for the wedding anniversory breal we want

the toilets whilst being extreamly clean and tidy are a tad small when your built like a brick outhouse as my self is, but they work , do the job and since we were not there for the toilets is held no problems to us over the three days we were there

The location was great, just a few minutes walk into the centre of Bruges. The staff were very friendly on Reception. Breakfast was good with a good variety, but very crowded as the hotel was full.

Even though I knew the shower room was a cubicle in the room prior to booking, it was very cramped in the room and very odd having the shower room and toilet without a proper closing door. You would have to be married or a very close coule to use!

The bathroom (the walls were made by ready-made material which reminds of a ship cabin and the door was semi-transparent!). Also, the fact that even if i had booked for a Double Bed room, i wasn't so lucky to have it (in a confirmation e-mail i sent them, they told me that they don't know if it is possible..!! WHY YOU HAVE IT AS AN OPTION THEN??)

Short walk to all the sights.

Bathroom made for an ommpa loompa and toilet was filthy, room was small and friends room window didnt open so he sweltered. All the extra charges we may as well stayed at a more expensive hotel.

location was spectacular. Quiet, comfortable, and close to the town center. Next to one of the spectacular canals. The breakfast is fantastic!

not that expensive, right in the city centre

no bath, very small bathroom and shower. Also, no shampoo and body lotion.

Quaint. On a canal with a canal view. Near the center of Bruges and easy walking to almost all the pertinent sites to visit.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower Lilliputian. Any who weighs more than 200 pounds will not fit in the shower. Period.

Great location, close to the main sights of Brugges and right on the canal.

Room size, and in other rooms toilet size, but no problem for us, as we stay there for 2 days and in standard room, which is small but the bathroom is huge. The canal view room is bigger but the toilet is very small.

Small Hotel but very clean and just 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre.
