Room very comfortable and spacious. Large bathroom, nice breakfast. Location excellent very central.
Couldn't log onto WIFI despite getting log in and password details from reception.
Amazing View right on th canal Good breakfast both quality and quantity. Relatively good price Right on the centre helped a lot to visit the entire city.
Wifi could be for free Room cleaned only once in three days/once not even bed was made propertly asked on booking(one month ago) for one double bed recieved two apart and didn't change not even on the second day bathroom door looks like a salloon door allowing both sound and view (problem if you are not a couple) Only one percon (man) of the staff was helpfull and polite the others barely looking at you.
Bed, view, furneture, cleaness, breakfast (Excelent), location, price.
Bathroom it's small, but, it's a reallity in many european countries. Very clean.
Great location. Nice breakfast.
Bathroom getting a little dated but nevertheless a good shower and very clean
Helpful owner allowed in the room early . very clean room .excellent large shower: wet room. comfy bed great location good breakfast
no tea coffee facility in the room
Location-no on site parking but excellent secure parking nearby @ 8euros per day. Within easy walking distance of town centre attractions. Breakfast-good continental buffet Rooms-small but have what you need Beds-I have never had such a good sleep-more comfortable than my own bed!
No tea/coffee making facility in room-available at additional charge
The view of canal from the room
The bathroom, is orribile, no privacy, the water is cold, really orrible!!! The Wi-Fi is not for Free, the breakfast room is in another room, no good facilities!!
distance to attractions five minutes walk
rooms were very small not what is shown on web page bed was literally at the door when you opened it decor was not very nice and our view was basically a wall.
Location and breakfast was lovely
The bathroom wasn't what I expected more of a cubicale also unable to close curtains due to table in the way
the bed was good.
OVER PRICED, ask for a room with canal view didn't get one and the hotel wasn't even full. The room was so basic even YMCA's are better. Would not recommend this to a cockroach. Everything in the bathroom, towel rail and soap dispenser were so high if 4ft 9inch you would never reach them. Absolutely disgraceful.
spacious room, big bathroom
a pongy drain smell which appeared to be lingering permanently in our room
Cracking location, far enough out to be quiet, close enough to the centre to be practical. The rooms a clean and functional and the breakfast is excellent. Comfortable large bed and friendly staff
My only grumble is the enSuite which is a pod in the corner of he room and was a bit small for my liking. You also have to pay for tea and coffee making facility in the room and WiFi..but this is quite reasonable in cost
location,Layout of the hotel, Historic Building
The location right by the canal. Our family room had one double bed and two singles and a window overlooking the canal. Perfect for a couple with teenagers. Clean and spacious. Park for €3.50 at railway station car park for up to 24hrs and get the no 6 or 16 bus free by showing your ticket to right outside the hotel. Ample choice for breakfast in the tiny breakfast room (it was half term and a Sunday night and hotel fully booked)
No toiletries or coffee/tea making facilities. Good TV and wifi. However perfect hotel for the price as it's in the centre and things are quite costly everywhere.
The hotel was in a great location, close to the centre, but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and an excellent choice of breakfast. Would highly recomment and definitly book again on our next trip!
Could not do enough for us, always there when needing anything at anytime. Breakfast was excellent.
The location The cost
The bathroom! It was like a portacabin. That wasn't on the advert. If it had been we probably wouldn't have gone. Saloon type doors and the inside of a portaloo.
the location en the bed
too much noise from other guests no room to stay on the evening
Location - very close to centre of Brugge. Comfortable room. Windows that open over the canal. Good breakfast buffet - relatively simple but very filling and fresh. Generally a quiet part of the city yet within easy walking of bars / restaurants and the sights.
Mattress protectors are waterproof / non-breathable = very warm at night therefore sweat inducing. Nothing the hotel did wrong but some fellow guests were very noisy on last night of our stay.
Excellent location. Good breakfast. Good standard of hotel. Parking not far away.
Bathroom was a bit small.
View from the room straight onto the canal with a window seat. A view like that in York would cost a lot more. Location was very good eight minutes stroll to the central square, very close to a couple of reasonably priced restaurants and a very good bar.
Bathroom was a sort of pod with shower, sink, and toilet all in there..not much room, with strange saloon type doors which limited privacy somewhat. Extra 5 euros per day if you wanted tea and coffee in your room.
Right on the canal Close to the centre but away from any noise
The ensuite was tiny and grubby, swing doors left little privacy.
excellent location only a short walk to main square with plenty of good bars and places to eat close by,this is not a five star hotel and anybody booking should know that,we were very happy with what we got for what we paid
only minor point was the mattress was soft -spongy but others may like it like this so only personal preference and not really a comlpaint,
Everything. Beautiful room, great location, breakfast w eggs.... Will definitely stay here again. Paid parking was in a secure parking structure, 3 blocks away... 8 euros a day, can't beat the bprice and piece of mind.
Nothing! Wish we could have stayed longer!
