Having booked at about 11pm the night before arrival (because of another hotel letting us down I wasn't entirely sure what to expect althoguh the reviews had been good. We were really pleased and really liked the hotel. It was a lovely building, really nice decor and was in what I consider a really good spot. |

In addition to the great location, the hotel was very quaint and the rooms were beautifully decorated! We fed ducks from our window that opened out onto the canal each morning of our stay. Breakfast was lovely with a good amount of choices. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. |

An amazing very old hotel that has been lovingly restored inside. A wonderful location, it really is on the prettiest canal in Brugge and also one of the quietest sections of the city too. |

The atmosphere was charming and the hotel was very quaint, the character of the hotel and the location added to the ambience. Pefect, wouldn't change a thing. All of the staff were extremely welcoming, will certainly recommed and return again. |

Superb quiet location, with a room overlooking the canal. Bruges hotels are expensive. The room was small for a four star hotel and the shower had to be hand held. |

It was in a fantastic location, the staff were incredibly helpful and the building itself was amazing. Nothing like having reakfast and a swan and its babies are at the window on the canal |
