Excellent breakfast, good location, nice atmosphere. Price is ok. This is not a 4-star hotel, but rather a 3-star. No shower, just bath. Rooms need some new furniture (or a cleaner look in general). |

The hotel is pretty old, and does not look like a 4-star hotel at all. No lift. But anyway the hotel stuff is very friendly. |

Great location. Charming building. Nice view. Curteous staff. Bed was a little uncomfortable. The pipes made a loud noise about 2 minutes after the toilet was flushed. It was stuffy in the room and we liked to have the windows opened...and got several mosquito bites each..in September! Breakfast was very disappointing. |

The hotel was very cute and the location was about 5 min walk to the main square. Nice to be away from all that noise. Substantial breakfast as well. We did not have a mini bar/hairdryer in the room. Yet other rooms did. Walls very thin. Could hear everything next door. Front desk was nice but didn't offer much info on arrival. Chose this hotel because parking was inexpensive but not available after booking. Was a little expensive for what you got. |

In a quiet part of Bruges next to a beautiful stretch of canals yet only five minutes walk from the Markt. Very freindly. Good breakfast. Very comfortable stay in a genuinely old buiding. |

Everything, it was lovely. The staff were excellent, our room was beautiiful; breakfast could not fault. Overall an excellent hotel in a lovely location and would recommend to anyone. |

Great location and a nice hotel both inside and out. Very steep / narrow stairs and no lift - my parents had to take the ground floor room while ours was in the eves. |

The location was great just a few minutes walk from the centre away from the busy touristy square. An incredibly pretty hotel with charming helpful staff. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend the hotel. |
