Very friendly and helpful owners and staff The location was good for access to the city centre and the hotel offered secure, off road parking The breakfast was excellent and we really didn't need to eat again until the evening

This is a friendly family run hotel that gives you the 5* tratment for a 3* price. Great food, lovely rooms and a good location. My number to stay in Brugges.

We liked the hotel and would definately stay again good location to Bruges centre and excellent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and were keen to help.

Polite and helpful staff, comfortable room and well presented and ample breakfast. A secure garage was also available in a neighbouring property. The hotel was pleasantly located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre and away from the noise and bustle of the crowded shopping area.

Location, staff, breakfast, dining room & lounge areas. Room size & the need to sit in the bath in order to take a shower (perfectly good shower head, but wall bracket set very low on the wall indeed).

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The triple room (family room) in the attic had plenty of room but was a little dissapointing.The beds were not great and the decor and bed linen rather tired and there was a rather musky smell.

An immaculate hotel in an excellent quiet ocation by the canal in Bruges. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful conservatory and a small garden area. These are great places in which to relax after a busy day around the city! The breakfast was delicious, offering high quality fresh foods each morning. The owners were very pleasant and they worked hard to provide a high standard of service.

The breakfasts wre only one of the excellent aspects of this hotel. The service was fantastic, and we felt all the while like treasured guests. All our inquiries, questions and needs were attended to in a personable and efficient manner.Very highly recommended by us.

The room, staff and breakfast were all excellent. Quiet location but only 10 minute walk into the main square. Would thoroughly recommend. Tea making facilities in the room would be nice.

Ter Duinen is an excellent hotel with great personal service, attentive staff, very clean & good size rooms. It is in an excellent location in Brugges. The breakfasts are fantastic. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful city of Brugges!

Facilities were good. Breakfast excellent. Room adequate. Very clean. Recommendations for activities excellent. Grateful for garage. Brugge is wonderful place to visit. Desk manager was asked to book a tour, got a recorded message but failed to listen until the end where cancellation was announced. As a result, we waited a half-hour for a tour which never came.

Friendly welcoming and quiet hotel. View over canal on road side but with double glazing there was no traffic noise. Breakfast buffet style with large selection of cold dishes. Boiled eggs always available. Good efficient service. Water pressure low which affects showers.

Very charming small hotel. Great example of what Brugge is all about....charming and very friendly. Decor in breakfast room and main floor blends the old the new so beautifully. Breakast was phenomenal. Would highly recommend this to other travelers who would want a place away from the crowds.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. The hotel is charming in character and lived up to expectations which I had gathered after reading the many complimentary reviews from former guests. The room was in the eaves of the building and was clean, inviting and in a quiet location which was appreciated. Breakfast was substantial and my parents and I especially liked the little touches and impecable service. All in all a fantastic stay in a wonderfully run hotel. If I ever I go back to Brugges, I'd love to stay here again!

Staff were very friendly, ambience good and breakfast excellent. The whole experience was very relaxing. The room was a little cramped but otherwise nothing. Apart from the weather, of course !!
