Ter Duinen is a hotel with character and charm. The proprietor, his family and staff treated us as welcome guests. They are exceptionally helpful with good advice about Brugge and events in the town. The most relaxed hotel experience I've ever had. It felt like home or the home of a really good friend. |

What a lovely hotel. We loved our rooms and especially the common areas. The interior is beautifully designed and decorated and very comfortable. The little garden outside is wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer. |

The staff was very helpful and professional. The room had a large bathroom by Euro standards. The public / dining area was very nicely appointed. The breakfast was always excellent, with lots of fresh fruit. |

Beautiful building,charming,friendly staff, lovely breakfast, good views of canal, nice,quiet area, main sites within walking distance but buses for station stop outside. Free computer/internet access. One or two small appliances did not work, like bed lamp and remote control but sure staff would have replaced them if asked. |

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, home atmosphere, nice clean rooms, easy to get to the center: 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutess by foot. Slightly far from the center. |

The hotel was lovely and in a quiet location. Staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely. Had a nice room overlooking the canal. You can leave your bags there so you don't have to carry them around the city on departure day. Had a lovely coffee, sat in the sun in the peaceful courtyard when we went back to collect our bags. |

Fantastic location. Easy drive in, car park 50m away, close enough to everything, but far enough away from the busy tourist area to enjoy a nice leisurely walk back to the hotel and work off some of the chocolate caloreis. Breakfast was perfect with amazing fresh orange juice, stunning manicured seating area and welcoming reception. You can't beat what you get for the price. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with tea/coffee, but i am sure if we had asked they would have made us some. Baby cot is an additional $12.50, whereas most places will set it up for free, but truly not a big deal. |

Nice place in general. But..... We booked a room with canal view and got (for the same rate!) a room without any view at all . When we complained, they just said we were free to leave and find another hotel... At 8pm with a 1-year baby... Very nice people! I'll never go there again! |

Exquisite services and tranquility. Family run hotels always have a personal touch. The breakfast is a highlight. It's not the breakfast itself , it's the experience of serenity. Rooms should be renovated. They don't reflect the unique character of the hotel. |
