The hotel is well appointed with high standard of decor and furnishing. We had a room at the front of the building which over the looks the canal and a busy road however we were not disturbed by any noise from the street. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop to the city centre just outside the hotel.

Only on street parking or the option of renting a garage from the hotel at a expensive cost.

Lovely building with very helpful owners and staff.

It's a bit of a walk to the centre of Bruges but it's a nice walk and there are buses which pass right by the door.

Lovely Boutique style Hotel with polite & helpful staff. The breakfast was simple but of the highest quality ingredient, including freshly squeezed orange juice & fresh coffee.

Double bed was made from two singles and had a noticeable gap. The room was a loft room and being 6' 4" I found myself having to cautious of my movements.

The location was good, it's a 10-15 min walk to the centre but it's a lovely walk by the canal and you ll pass lot of places to see on your way. The staff was absolutely fantastic , super polite and helpful. The breakfasts in the morning were elaborate and were a perfect happy start to the day.

Very welcoming staff who were always extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful breakfast and sitting rooms which had a lovely family vibe. Extremely clean and well stocked rooms. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend the place very highly to others! It was our first visit to Bruges and we're already planning on coming back!

The only slight downside was that the room had two single beds pushed together rather than the double that we were expecting.

There were plenty of delicious options for breakfast and proved to be a good start to the day of walking around the town. The staff were incredibly helpful and they gave us useful information about navigating the town and aided us in making a reservation at a fantastic restaurant.

excellent accommodation our room looked out over the canal. Owners for 31 years were very pleasant. Breakfast was an excellent continental one with great choice of food. Within easy walking distance of the centre.

Possibly slightly expensive for its location but a minor niggle.

The gentleman who met us at reception was the most pleasant and helpful man we had ever come across in a hotel. The lady who served breakfast in the morning and the other gentleman who helped us organise our departure (who I believe were the owners) were wonderful. The hotel itself - inside and out - is decorated tastefully and has a warm and welcoming feel to it. Its not laid out in a typical soulless manner and has character with its pretty features and charming touches. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable, I mentioned my partner's height and without any fuss we found we had been given a room with a large and tall shower. The room was decorated neutrally and had exposed wood beams which was lovely. It felt very secure and we had our own 'front door' with 24 hour access as our room key also opened the main door. Breakfast in the morning is continental and from 8-10 am. You are offered coffee or tea, orange juice and a boiled egg with breads and pastries. There is a buffet area to help yourself from including hams, cheeses, jams, fruits and yoghurts. The hotel is set just by the canal and location wise the hotel is only a short walk away from the main square, you can get to everywhere in no time.
